Place is a dump! They downgraded my prepaid room and gave me a $50 credit instead. Elevators are broken. Surrounding areas unsafe and full of homeless. Stay Away! Floors sticky, it’s disgusting and so noisy.

The room was nicer than I anticipated. The chair to the desk was Very worn and had missing material. The shower was too short for my husband (he's 5'11") and he had to crouch underneath it but it was good for me (5'4"). My husband felt the bed was too soft but he's heavier than I am. I thought it was fine. Nice hot tub outside by the pool. Area around hotel was ok. Not very classy but felt safe enough going for a few block walk. Some graffiti which I was surprised about. Maybe that's unavoidable. Shuttle to disney was a nice option. We took it twice- to visit the park and downtown disney. The french toast at breakfast has this citrus marscapone-so good. Bar food was also good, homemade tortilla chips and salsa-yumm. Overall a great stay, would probably stay here again.

In reading the previous reviews before selecting this hotel; I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the dining options in the lobby area were very convenient.

I seriously loved staying here. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It’s so pretty and clean and I just felt comfortable staying here. I will saying being on the 10th floor is a little wild because the windows are facing inside and not outside, so you feel like you might fall. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The idea is great, unfortunately the design is flawed. There is a very large window separating the living room with one of the bedrooms with a privacy curtain. It let light in the bedroom and unless the lights were figured just right you could see through it. The master bedroom had fogged windows in its doors as well. So light came in and out through them as well. Unless everyone goes to bed and gets up at the same time, it was not a great design. The restaurants and staff were what you would expect from a Hyatt, exceptional.

Ideal off resort hotel for famlies visiting Disneyland. We had a two bedroom, two bath suite for our grandchildren and daughter. It is a great layout. Interiors are a little worn, but it was clean and very comfortable Fabulous linens.

I personally think that the hotel was under priced for the amenities. Everything was very clean, plenty of food options, Starbucks inside the hotel and a shuttle that runs back-and-forth to Disney. For the price, I think it’s a bargain.

Skip eating at the hotel. We tried the brew house one night: service was so slow and the food was kind of gross. Tried breakfast the next day in the other restaurant: if you’re going to Disneyland, skip it and make a reservation for the River Belle Terrace instead. Food was way way way better and CHEAPER!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms didn’t have carpet I had to go buy socks because the floor was so cold , and it was a little noisy early in the morning and at night.

The bell desk was unhelpful when I asked for a cart and then a 2nd time when I asked if they could hold my bags for a few minutes. One woman at the valet did not have as positive or helpful attitude when answering questions both Saturday and Sunday. The hotel room I stayed in smelled to fragrant and at times so did the hallyways. My entire stay I had red eyes that I have never had except when in smoking areas in Las Vegas so I dont know if its the fragrance or the dust/house mites that carpets hold but it was really obvious because it was hard to breath too. I lost my keys in the room and I called to ask for help and when I called back they said no keys were found- I went back to the room myself and the keys were right under a chair next to where I said to please look. The gelato place had a lovely kind woman working there, the first man who helped me at the valet on Friday was kind and helpful, and the person who checked me in was as well. The shuttles were awesome.
