Charming detached holiday home with private pool–close to beach and fully fenced

"Cannot thank Patricia and Geri enough for our recent stay. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly, and they were very minor issues anyway. We will return to Denia and I'd hope we'd be able to stay in this villa again as it had everything we needed.Once you have stayed you will feel the same. A truly lovely base to explore the area, or just laze by the pool and let the world go by."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ralf and would happily recommend it. We were three families (6 adults and seven children aged between 2 and 10) and the villa was perfect for our group. It was spacious, with large bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone both inside and out. The beautiful outdoor area was a fantastic place to relax together.The pool was a real highlight. It was a great size, with both a shallow end for the younger children and a deeper section for the older kids and adults. We spent hours there every day.The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a large group, which made meal preparation easy.The location was ideal. It’s only a 10-minute drive into Dénia, which we absolutely loved. The town has a beautiful, authentic feel without being overly touristy, and we enjoyed discovering its many excellent restaurants throughout our stay.Communication with Natasha and Kevin was excellent from start to finish. They were always quick to respond, and any minor issues were dealt with immediately. Overall, Villa Ralf was the perfect base for a relaxing family holiday. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely love to return."

"Our 2nd year at this beautiful hotel. Stayed for 10 nights. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfasts. Quiet. Absolutely stunning views from the terrace across the mountains especially at night for the sunset. Delicious evening meals and some evenings have entertainment. My only negative comment is the red sensor light above the bed which flashes when you move. We did not have this problem last year but were told all the rooms have this. Maybe the sensor was on the other side of the room last year. Caused disturbed nights. Otherwise perfect. You do need a car if you choose to stay here."

"Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit sind sehr sehr gut und ich putze sonst eigentlich immer wenn ich in einer Ferienwohnung ankommen. Auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles sehr sauber. Wir haben von der ersten Minute an den Urlaub genießen können, dafür bedanken wir uns von ganzem Herzen. Sicher werden wir diese Ferienwohnung nochmal mieten!"

"The Villa was perfect. So tidy & smelling so fresh when we arrived. Everything there from Air Coditioning to a wonderful pool. Beautiful gardens with terraces in the shade or sun. Annick was the pefect contact. Ilse was always on hand to answer any queries before we arrived. A trully amazing 10day break. We will definately be coming back. Thank you."
