The queen room was a bit small but it had most of what you would need. The afternoon front desk staff that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and inviting.

Hard to find the parking . Everything at navy pier closes at 8pm . Staff offered no extras even though it says we are vip Expedia and hiltons honors .

Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd.

I liked everything about the hotel except the breakfast was minimal. It could have included some protein. I did like that they had a waffle iron for gluten free only and the mix to match. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would stay here again.

The stay was great and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I did not like how we had to switch rooms due the carpets being re done and then getting transferred into a room over looking a parking lot instead of the beautiful river, which would have been nice giving that was my first rooms ...
