"The staff was nice but apart from that the room felt like a dorm room in need of a remodel. The bathroom needed a deep clean and I found broken glass on the floor in the bead room. The bathroom door looked like it had bee kicked open more than once and would stick after the shower was used. "

"The room is clean, comfortable, and contains everything one might need or want. The location is ideal - an upscale residential neighborhood convenient to all of Thousand Oaks. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and even shared some of their lemon crop! The one drawback we discovered is the patio is basically unusable due to the constant, fierce traffic noise. We anticipated having morning coffee outside but that was not possible. The interior of the unit is very quiet, however. We adapted and enjoyed our stay."

"Unit is as advertised with everything needed for a great stay. Pool hot tub area is a nice plus with plenty of shade. Will definitely be back."
