Room was clean, all provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc smelled very manly. Ended up going to Ulta to find more neutral scents. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am & for 10 minutes it went off & on with no word from management about whether it was an actual emergency or not. Took me 2 hours to fall back asleep. Not one peep from the front desk or management to offer some sort of apology. Also pretty sure there was a sex worker leaving with a guest of the hotel. Was there for 12 nights, probably won’t rebook for next year.

Did not stay here. We had an evacuation emergency and Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel refused not refund the bill. Luckily, Expedia came to the rescue and took care of the refund.

The property was being renovated as I stayed. The noise from the workers was heard throughout the part of the hotel I was in the property does need modernisation in all rooms and hopefully once it’s complete it will be a really nice hotel again.

The front desk associates were friendly and greeted you every day. The room was a little stuffy, bulky furniture made for a small space with a family of 4. The booking was to include breakfast everyday for my family but only included 2 of the 4 and we were unable to enjoy that as a family which was severely disappointing. The grounds were nice and it was a quiet area. Despite being under renovation the noises couldn’t be heard by us where our room was located. The biggest disappointment was the lack of inclusion of breakfast for all of us despite paying for that in the booking. Do better at that Expedia.
