"I am giving a shout out to the staff at the property. My TV does work and a staff member from the conference center came with me to try and fix it. Even though she was not able to resolve the issue, she made an effort. She left me some Norwegian chocolate with a note to apologize for the inconvenience. That’s excellent customer service, a pleasant surprise to me. Second, I used their VV bus application in the lobby to buy my shuttle ticket to the airport this morning. After the money was charged to my credit card, I was expecting a ticket to come out of the machine. To my surprise, it asked me to scan to download the ticket to my phone or type in my email address to get it. By then, the screen already disappeared and I was not able to get my ticket. I explained the situation to the front desk staff and they were so gracious to give me a ticket so I didn’t have to buy another one. The hotel is under renovation, so some dust and inconvenience is expected. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service the staff provided to make my stay a very pleasant experience despite some hiccups."

"just minutes from airport. There is shuttle service (with a fee - 3rd party service - services 2 times an hour on regular sched) Breakfast is pretty good. Dinner lacks little dish variety (but still ok) there are no other dining options nearby if one does not have a car. Elevator -only 2 floors- can be temperamental. Seem to be a regular lodge site for Chinese tour group - if that's a concern for you."
