"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. It wasn’t walkable so I went into a different hotel and they graciously called me a taxi ($40). I missed my pre booked sauna for 3 reservation...

"I stayed at this hotel overnight during a layover and had a positive experience overall. The location is extremely convenient—just a 5-minute walk from the airport, making things much easier. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were attentive and welcoming. We did have a minor inconvenience when the lights went out in our room, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally by moving us to another room. They even offered us breakfast as a kind gesture, even though we had to leave...

"Stayed 7 nights in April with our son, 7 yo. It’s a ski in and ski out resort. There is a place behind hotel to rent skis if you need and you can get your ski pass online from ski star website which you can reuse in other resorts in Norway and Sweden. It’s such a relaxing place, we slept with windows open it was so quiet. The air was fresh and we also drank the tap water which is recommended. Hotel has plenty for kids: pool, fake surfing wave, bowling, kids play room, pool tables, ice hockey...
