Quietly nestled on a hillside between the hamlets of Bornico on the lakeside and Supiane in the hills above Gardone Riviera, this tranquil escape for 6 is the ideal base to explore the Western shores of Lake Garda.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a three-story apartment building and enjoys use of a shared swimming pool and a private balcony that’s ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with an evening aperitif.

Inside, the property enjoys a bright and spacious open-plan living space furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a smart flatscreen TV. This area also enjoys access to the terrace and incorporates a well-equipped kitchen fitted with: a Mokka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Magnolia House is situated on a hillside between the hamlets of Bornico (a 3-minute drive / 15-minute walk) on the lakeside and Supiane (a 2-minute drive / 10-minute walk) in the hills above Gardone Riviera, one of Lake Garda’s most elegant and refined lakeside towns. Gardone’s charming lakeside promenade dotted with palm trees, gelaterias, and cafés is a 5-minute drive. Bornico is renowned for its olive oil production, and the Frantoio del Bornico (a 10-minute walk), a 19th-century olive press powered by a mountain stream, continues to produce high-quality oil from local groves.

Other nearby attractions include the hillside estate and gardens of Vittoriale degli Italiani, the former residence of the poet Gabriele D\'Annunzio (a 5-minute drive). For nature lovers, Punto panoramico (a 1-minute walk) offers scenic hiking trails, and André Heller Botanical Garden is just a 6-minute drive. Families travelling with children will enjoy the Rimbalzello Adventure park (a 6-minute drive).

The nearest beach, Spiaggetta Benella, is a 3-minute drive / 15-minute walk, and guests can find boat rentals, guided lake tours, and water sports facilities in the historic town of Salo (a 10-minute drive).
