- Come enjoy Beaver Lake in a beautiful home in a private setting and lots of wildlife. Offering (year-round) HUGE lake views from the deck and almost every room. The shoreline is at the bottom of the driveway on the other side of the road. There are incredible views from the dining table, living room and family room. The home has lots of windows and glass doors so you can enjoy the peaceful setting from inside and outside.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on two levels with 2 large decks and a deck on the backside. Offering plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the lake. The area behind the house has rock out-coves and privacy.
Enjoy the modern OPEN kitchen on the main level with designated dining area and open floor plan. The lower level has a wonderful family room with direct access to deck and propane wood stove that will keep you toasty warm during the Fall and Winter!
2 bedrooms on the main level (King & Queen) 2 bedrooms on the lower level (Queen, bunk beds and futon).
This home will allow 2 dogs, up to 30 pounds. Pet fee is $45 per dog.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.
