KINGSVIEW -Magnificent Private Lakefront Retreat with Breathtaking Views.

  • Enjoy an unforgettable Beaver Lake getaway at this well-appointed home, featuring sweeping 180-degree lake views from every room. Guests will love the spacious game room with ping pong, pool, cards, and foosball, along with peaceful, wooded privacy and access to fishing and swimming.

    There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for relaxing, dining, and gathering. Inside, you’ll find two dining areas, while the covered deck offers a standout outdoor dining space with a large table and generous seating—perfect for a family getaway, group trip, or corporate retreat. A grill is also available on the deck for outdoor cooking.

    A gravel road on the property leads down to the shoreline. Please note that part of the road has a 17% grade, so guests may prefer to use four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or a UTV for easier access.
    The walk is not long, and the gravel road is well maintained; however, the incline may be challenging for some guests.

    The pet fee is $95 per stay for one dog. As long as pet rules are followed. No cats Allowed

    The home is located just minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Nearby boat launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village, and Ventris Boat Launch. Guests can also enjoy walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park, located at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Wow!! Just Wow!

We were blown away by the amazing lake view. It was heaven waking up to scenery such as that. But even more amazing was the cleanliness of the home. My hat’s off to the people or person that has that job. I have NEVER stayed in a rental property more clean than this. Kudos!

Nice but needs work

There is a lot of potential, but it really needs some small upgrades. Like fix outdoor TV and fan over outdoor table. Better beds would make it much more enjoyable. They are just kind of thrown together.

Property was large and management was mostly helpful when issues arose, but to be honest that is the only good thing about this listing. We could not sleep in the room with most of the beds because of a water leak that made the entire home stink. Multiple intelligent adults could not figure out how to connect to the WiFi despite efforts with management. The grill was too nasty to use when we hoped to use it one night. The greenery/shrubs were clearly overgrown and without upkeep, running into the deck and walking paths. The crew fixing the leak arrived before our check-out time which made that process a bit more challenging as well. There were other petty issues with the property, but those were the main ones that affected our stay. We are hopeful to receive some compensation for 1 of our 3 nights, since they were unable to relocate us despite having 40 other properties. As previously said, management was mostly helpful, but at times even the conversations were unprofessional and condescending. Just not a great experience overall for the price we paid for 3 nights. Maybe this was a fluke and the water leak and other issues should be given the benefit of the doubt, but I find it hard to believe. I would not recommend this property unfortunately, despite its nice and quiet potential. It was much more hassle than it was worth if you’re hoping for a care-free getaway.
