The property is well-maintained and clean . The stuff is friendly. It is close to grand central and restaurants. So it is relatively convenient to get to places and enjoy foods. It’s somewhat noisy at night. There are two elevators in the building. Sometimes one has to wait for a while to use the elevators. In general I am happy with my stay :)

Location was good, hotel was clean, most staff was nice and helpful, bed was comfortable, luggage hold was helpful when needed. Room was smaller than depicted in the photos. Read the fine print, in terms of extra fees. Breakfast is not included, just offered for an additional fee.

It’s a small room with everything you need inside it. The AC and the bed are the best. The shower curtain was not good because it let the water out. Except that we had a good time.

Toilet bowl was dirty. Water was turned off for 5 hours on our second day, air conditioner was old and not working properly. The staff was very helpful, but owners should invest in it, ideal location to stay in NYC.

"The whole property just smells of really intense urine. It’s so bad that it made me feel sick. They do not clean the puddles or urine outside the hotel so you can actually smell when you are getting close to the hotel when you are walking outside. Our room also stank like urine and when we asked ..."
