We didn’t really have control over the AC but it was set to a good temperature. Everything else was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the rooms and bathroom was so nice. Planning on returning here asap

We love the place. It was a really nice hotel to stay in Madrid.
My cousin and I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. But I don’t understand the overcharge of $10 for doing a checkout 1 hour later due to traffic, I don’t get it.
