"My experience at this hotel was incredibly unpleasant, starting right from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff was down right rude at check in. When I simply asked if the hotel had a pool, the receptionist sarcastically replied, Yes, across the street in Lake Michigan. The property itself is older and poor maintained. The room had no heat and there only solution was to send up a small space heater. The bathroom was just bad. There was absolutely no ventilation, mold and mildew in the corners of the shower. To top it off the customer service during the stay was non existent. The front desk simply doesn't answer the phone. Anytime I needed assistance I had to physically walk to the lobby to speak with someone. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I highly recommend you spending your money elsewhere."
