Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take out trash, strip all beds used, leave used towels in tub, make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked. Place keys back in mailbox and make sure to turn knob and put code 777
Please inform host if anything got broken or is not working

Location

The property itself was ver clean just an older house. Very clean! The neighborhood was a little questionable for families who have never travelex to that area from a rural area. The stay was good and worked for what we needed!

We will definitely book again! Charmaine was very accommodating and quick to respond! She was also very helpful finding another rental as my husband had to extend his stay and hers was not available longer! She went above and beyond for us!
