"Room was clean, no major issues. Breakfast was good and it included your normal eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, yogurt etc. staff was friendly. Hotel was 15 min from New Buffalo, where we wanted to be. Recommend going to the beach for sure. My only downfall was I wish the room pumped the AC stronger cause I enjoy a super cold room. But the sewage smell made it even worse. We bought a device from Yankee Candle that helped with the cigar smell but did little to help with the sewage. The
