Perfect location in Shinjuku, walking distance from the train station. Great hotel, clean, good amenities, friendly, helpful staff. Had a room with 4 beds and enough room for a family of 4 with grown kids. Hotel kept our luggage for us after check-out since we had a late flight. Would definitely recommend

Upgraded to a suite which had spectacular views of the city. Breakfast and lounge club were better than I expected and the views from the lounge club were incredible. Highly recommend it.
