This was my home away from home for my trip to Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was always very clean and serviced regularly. The laundry room was very helpful to have on-site! If you are planning to stay here, that could help you pack less clothes than anticipated. The location is also great, as there is a shopping area within walking distance, including a grocery store! This was a lovely stay, I highly recommend it.

My stay at Far east village Hotel was a great experience I would recommend it to anyone who wants to come, the staff is amazing, respectful and very helpful, I only had breakfast once at the hotel, and the food was great and with great quality, the area around this hotel is peaceful and quiet and everything is close and convenient. The check in was through a kiosk so you didn't have to interact too much with the front desk staff. You scan your own passport and given the key with detailed information of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was small, but had good tasting items for low cost. The staff were all friendly when encountered. The Ariake Garden Mall is a few mins walk from the hotel and had lots of restaurants and things to do inside. The room was clean, but slightly small even for a family of four with two young children. Good area to stay if you want to explore Toyosu.

The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the "do not need cleaning" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station.
