"The room at the hotel was not cleaned at all especially the tub where there was severe rust and black stains with a used soap as well. Also, by the window, the adjacent wall had a stain where a cockroach was killed AND IT WASN'T PICKED UP. Terrible experience would never stay at this hotel."

"The staff were the only positive I found here. They were polite, helpful, and considerate. Nothing else was up to any standards for even an overnight stay, depending on your activities. The amenities were almost negligible. NO soap. Limited coffee and tea. NO FOOD ANYWHERE AROUND or IN THE PROPERTY. It was the most inconvenience I've ever experienced at a hotel in a major, or any, city. NOTHING within walking distance. Just car dealerships. The pool was fine. After the rain it wasn't dirty. Air conditioning worked well. It wasn't ALL a negative, but it wasn't welcoming and convenient for a week's stay. As they say, "You get what you pay for." If you need a place for the night, with no business in the area, this place might be okay. Cheap! But you might as well stay in a homeless camp where they could actually have amenities."

"Breakfast was not good Embassy suite quality we are accustomed to and that was the main reason we chose it. Happy hour snacks were non existent. There was a dance competition in town which might have contributed to that and one of the elevators was not operational and therefore it caused very long lines and wait times to get to and from our room. Was unable to use the pool due to the over occupancy."

"Unfortunately our visit didn’t start out great. The phone in the room was ripped out if the wall. The fridge didn’t work. The tv remote was missing. We were promptly shown 4 other rooms with working phone/tv/fridge but sane run down look. The pictures that were listed of the property on the website is overly AI glossed over. The property is run down and needs major maintenance. The walls had cracks in them. The wallpaper needed replacing in multiple spots. The pool had noticeably peeling plaster in the bottom and didn’t look sanitary. I can say the breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. Luckily we didn’t see bugs. The property was just in need of major updates and repair. The restaurant attached was awesome. The bartender who served us was very nice and the food was great!!"
