" I am writing to report a very disturbing experience during my stay. The room conditions were unacceptable. There were bugs in the room, and the shower curtain had what appeared to be blood on it. The bed also had white stains on the sheets, which was extremely concerning and unsanitary. Additionally, the room was very small and had a strong odor similar to a urinal. When I tried to call the front desk for assistance, no one answered. There was also no phone in the room, which made it impossible to contact staff for help. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness or service standards. "

We had a couple hiccups, but the property owners were fantastic in replying quickly each time. The area around is a little sketchy, but as long as you stay indoors, the house is incredible and spacious! "
