"We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!"

"There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!"

"This was a great place to stay, clean and accommodating. The balcony overlooking the train crossing and Everett Street was great for sitting out and enjoying time together, watching the train and traffic drive by. Lots of local restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again. "
