The only complaints I have are that you don't offer coffee in the lobby for free so people can get it themselves, we had to stand in line and wait while the lady hosting went to get them, it just seems she had enough to do without adding that her list. ...

Hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased for a fee. When we checked into room the bathroom mirror had a large crack in the mirror. Use of shower hot water increased the size of the crack which was reported.
