Cabin was nice, place was very clean, and hot tub was ready to use. Ad said WiFi which didn't work at all, tried reaching out to the management company but service in the cabin was terrible. No TV because the cable is wifi based. One of the beds had springs which you could feel. And only half of the jets worked in the hot tub. All in all the place was great to spend family time with those minor inconveniences.
Great visit - kids saw a bear crossing the street and the location in the mountains was very nice. Access to three pools - on at the top of the mountain with breathtaking views.
The location and cabin were absolutely wonderful. The home was spacious, clean, and largely well-maintained, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated the abundance of fresh towels and thoughtful touches throughout the cabin. The property management company was also extremely responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns we had.We did encounter a couple of issues. The hot tub jets weren’t working during our stay, the property management company let us know they have placed a work order to have it repaired for future guests. Additionally, the downstairs single bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable—the sag was significant enough that the bed was unusable for the duration of our trip. (Thankfully there was another bedroom with multiple bunkbeds to accommodate the shift of beds) I reported this as well, and they advised they would alert the homeowner.Overall, the cabin’s location, cleanliness, and spacious layout made our stay very enjoyable. With a few updates, this property has the potential to be an outstanding getaway.
Property was clean and in the perfect location. Cabin was very spacious and slept all 10 of us comfortably. 2 minute drive to a very nice pool that accommodated all age groups. We really enjoyed having the black bears come visit, they were very cool to see. We enjoyed our trip and will be back again soon.
Property was conviennent - views were a little disappointing but house was very clean, cozy, inviting and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and appreciated driveway was flat and provided ability to turn around
Loved the property! Very clean and comfortable for our family: grandparents, son and his family of 5. Suggestion: may want an area rug in family room to help with noise. It was kind of hard to talk above 3 children running around. Rug would help with that. Kids loved playing in the creek and making some-mores at the fire pit! Even had a bear visit!! Thank you! Hope to come again!!
The cabin is beautiful and close to many activities. The bunk room was perfect for the kids age range 7 to 17. The kids enjoyed the hot tube and adults enjoyed the wrap around deck and grilling. Very clean, plenty of space and host was very prompt with answering any questions. The loft room was perfect for their PS5 game and kid time. Will be back next family vacation.
The cabin was beautiful, inside and out. Especially enjoyed the peace found sitting out on porch and listening to the stream running through the night under the walkway to the entrance of cabin. Everything was clean, and there was more than enough room for our 6 kids and my dad who stayed with my fiance and I. Only thing our last cabin had that this didn’t was mountain idea. Also on a pretty busy curve, so little room for freedom outdoors for younger kids. But they were plenty fulfilled with the hot tub and space indoors the cabin.
Overall we were pleased with our stay at Creekside Manor. The improvements that could be made would be a new couch (my grandparents were unable to sit on the larger of the two couches as the cushions would fall in and they were unable to safely stand without assistance) new mattress in the main floor bedroom, a new toaster, and to fix the tvs/cable (we had to wiggle wires to keep the tv on). The cabin was clean (apart from beer cans in the creek under the walkway). Checkin was easy and the property managers fixed any issues we had. We were not able to find the playgrounds shown in the pictures on the listing. No one at the clubhouses knew of their locations.

overall disappointing
The cabin was clean, that is the best I can say about it. Although it photographed well, everything was a disappointment. The view out those wonderful windows gave me full access to the street and the constant traffic, the fixtures were all low grade, furniture was worn. Especially the couch and mattress, you would sink to the bottom of both and feel every spring. The love seat in the living room was the worst, we had to stuff the couch pillows in it just for it to be useable. The only amenity was the hot tub. Which we were informed at checkin (2hrs late) that it was not working and someone would be there (Monday) to fix it. No one came on Monday. We made four call to property management about this issue and were assured each time that someone would be out and we would receive a phone call to follow up. No one ever came out and no phone call. The spa was broken/ unusable the whole trip and property management failed repeatedly to communicate with us. This was not worth the price and we will not be repeat customers.
Loved our stay in the cabin in the mountains! Peaceful, relaxing and just what we needed. The cabin was rustic, spacious, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The only suggestion would be to have a crockpot and scissors, but otherwise it was great!
