When looking for a place in Gatlinburg one of our main criteria was that the place have a jacuzzi since we were going to be hiking 10+ miles per day and wanted to relax after long hikes in jacuzzi. When we got to unit, walking up the entry steps to the patio, you could hear the jacuzzi making loud noise, I opened cover and found that the jacuzzi was only half full and the noise was the motors trying so suck in water. I immediately called the management company and they asked me to shut off breaker(likely saving the motor from buring out). Manager said she would have maintenance come by that evening or next morning. Additionally, the TV in the main room would not power on at all. I was told the owner would drop off a TV the next day. Next day we went for hike, come back, still no Jacuzzi on and no TV. Called again, reassured that it would be dealt with "soon". Next day same story, go for hike, come back no jacuzzi, no TV. No answer from property management co and the next day is our last so at this point it is meaningless. Explain that the whole reason staying there was for Jacuzzi and they say they have to order part but wont be in until after our departure but will "get us a rebate to make things right" It has been 1.5 weeks now, they wont return calls or messages and no word of any refund for not having what was clearly stated in their representation of the rental. Clearly they only seem to care and respond when it comes to getting paid, not for a credit.
