"Beary" nice getaway!

This was a great cabin to spend our vacation in. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely return to this adorable cabin. Very peaceful and quiet surroundings.

Great location close to downtown enjoy the hot tub and was great to have kitchen and all the essentials with washers and dryer, wish the bed was better but otherwise would book again

We had a great time & the cabin was really nice. The only issue was there needed to be more towels, especially with the hot tub. Also should put in smart flat screen tv’s so customers can use them to stream Netflix etc……..

A fantastic deal. Beautiful views. Private hot tub on the porch was a nice touch. Close to Gatlinburg plenty of room for a family of three to stretch out. There was a small problem with the hot tub, but the property manager was incredibly good at communicating, and had the issue fixed immediately. Close to the wildlife. Money

Beary Cozy Indeed

Overall a very nice cabin! My only issues were the spiderwebs that could've easily been dusted out before our stay. So cleanliness was subpar and it is not secluded nor offering any spectacular views. But if youre just looking for a comfortable getaway for 2, this'll do!

Great location but needs a few things fixed need light under microwave for cooking at stove remote controls need batteries needs some type of different shower curtain installed or a shower door, curtain blows in on you while you are trying to take a shower, cabin is a little small but it is do able for a couple great location close to everything you need in Gatlinburg also air filters for hvac needed to be changed badly,

overall the property was great. Excellent Location. The hot tun was difficult to turn the temp down and the jets do not work well at all. The fireplace was not working, contacted the host and was told someone would come but never did. Dishwasher had standing water in it and did not work. Overall liked the property and would stay again.

Great little cabin. Hot tub didn't work. Fireplace didn't work. Called for repair no one came. Chose this cabin for romantic getaway with fire place and hot tub. Really should be refunded my money.

Cabin stay

We absolutely loved the cabin it was cozy & in a great location. The only problem we did have was the internet (Wifi) would not work. WELe had to restart the modem it would only stay connected for a few minutes then drop out again.It did have TV channels but a lot of the TV channels did not work due to no subscription. But if you do want to have entertainment time they have a pool table, hot tub, & board games. Overall we would come back again since it was nearby Gatlinburg.

Overall Beary Nice

My husband and I enjoyed the cabin and its location. The area was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was as described. The only issues we had was the bedroom tv would t work, the bed definitely needs to be updated (woke up with sore backs), and the dishwasher was full of stagnant water. I thought I was smelling the drains from the kitchen sink until I went to load the dishes we used, and noticed the water. You obviously tell it had been there a while, actually made my husband gag. Other than these 3 issues we would recommend this cabin and would love to book again in the future.

Dirty bedding/broken air

The cabin was in a great location. Close to downtown but secluded at the same time! The cabin was not clean! The bedding was so disgusting that we had to go out and spend $100 to buy our own bedding. We requested to at least have this reimbursed but never heard back from the owner. The bedding clearly had not been washed and had crumbs and dirt from the previous tenants. The pillows when we took the cases off were brown and tattered. It was gross to say the least! We also spent some time cleaning to just disinfect as it was clear there was nothing b cleaned before our arrival. There were spider webs all over so you can tell any cleaning that was being done was very surface and not done well. The TV in the front room would not turn on. All the remotes were missing batteries as well. The air conditioning would not go below 76• so it was very warm in the cabin. The owner stated they sent someone out but the temperature remained the same. We have stayed in other cabins in this same neighborhood that were beyond expectations so this cabin was extremely disappointing for the cost. I would not recommend to stay here as we are easy to please and it was simply gross.

Disappointed

When looking for a place in Gatlinburg one of our main criteria was that the place have a jacuzzi since we were going to be hiking 10+ miles per day and wanted to relax after long hikes in jacuzzi. When we got to unit, walking up the entry steps to the patio, you could hear the jacuzzi making loud noise, I opened cover and found that the jacuzzi was only half full and the noise was the motors trying so suck in water. I immediately called the management company and they asked me to shut off breaker(likely saving the motor from buring out). Manager said she would have maintenance come by that evening or next morning. Additionally, the TV in the main room would not power on at all. I was told the owner would drop off a TV the next day. Next day we went for hike, come back, still no Jacuzzi on and no TV. Called again, reassured that it would be dealt with "soon". Next day same story, go for hike, come back no jacuzzi, no TV. No answer from property management co and the next day is our last so at this point it is meaningless. Explain that the whole reason staying there was for Jacuzzi and they say they have to order part but wont be in until after our departure but will "get us a rebate to make things right" It has been 1.5 weeks now, they wont return calls or messages and no word of any refund for not having what was clearly stated in their representation of the rental. Clearly they only seem to care and respond when it comes to getting paid, not for a credit.

The hot tub was barely warm, the jets barely worked. The cabin smelled very musty. There was a fake eyelash stuck to the wall of the shower. I wouldn’t book this cabin if you want it for the hot tub like we did.

Spring Break

Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids with a pull out couch in livingroom and close to Gatlinburg, Grocery Store, and Gas Station for refueling. 10/10 would stay again.
