***This is a private apartment on the bottom level of a short term rental home, with a private entrance. This apartment is completely closed off from the rest of the home. There are NO shared spaces and NO cross-access to the house from the apartment, nor the rest of the home to the apartment.



Guest Access:

There is a private entrance to the RIGHT of the house with an electronic lock, which guests can access with a code sent the day before check-in.



PLEASE NOTE: Our home is located in the mountains and the driveway is VERY STEEP. DO NOT park in the driveway. There is a designated parking space for two cars to the right of the driveway, at the bottom of the yard.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in downtown Gatlinburg, a block away from the main Gatlinburg downtown strip.



Getting Around:

The property is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions in downtown Gatlinburg.
