Everything about this place was beautiful and cozy! It was more than enough space for my family of 8. Restroom, rooms and living area was very clean and spotless. Hosts were also very responsive about any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our grown kids came from multiple states so this was a great location since we love the Great Smokies so much. The location was ideal. You can walk or drive downtown Gatlinburg. House was spacious enough to be together or separate for a down time. The host was very accommodating. We would consider this location again for future stays. Note: I gave it a 4 star because while we were there, it was still semi under renovation.

Check-in time was 4pm but the cabin wasn’t ready until 4:45p. Two of our towels in the top floor bathroom were completely damp as if they’d been used to dry off something. Cleaning solution of some sort was leaking out from under a locked closet door and a bottle of some sort of cleaner spray was left. We have a crawling baby so obviously those two things were hazards. There are cobwebs in the upper corners of the cabin-overall cleanliness was disappointing
