Step inside Day Dreamer by Beyond Expectations and you’re immediately welcomed by a warm, open-concept living space designed for connection and comfort. Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the home with natural light. A plush sectional surrounds the stone fireplace and smart TV, creating a cozy spot for movie nights or morning coffee. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware needed for home-cooked meals. A breakfast bar with seating for four complements the dining table that comfortably seats six, making it easy to gather for meals or board games.

This spacious three-level home comfortably accommodates groups with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two sleeper sofas. On the first floor, a queen bedroom is conveniently located near the game room, which also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. A full bathroom on this level provides added convenience for guests staying downstairs.

The second floor features a private king bedroom and another full bathroom. The main living room is also furnished with a sleeper sofa, giving larger groups an additional place to sleep.

The third floor includes two bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with two queen-over-queen bunk beds, accommodating up to eight guests, while the second bedroom offers a king bed. With bedrooms and bathrooms thoughtfully distributed across all three levels, guests can gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy and personal space.

The first-floor game room is designed for friendly competition, featuring a pool table, arcade game, and sleeper sofa that provides extra sleeping space. For a more relaxing evening, settle into the dedicated home theater and enjoy a favorite movie on the TV.

Other Things to Note:
Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.

*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.
*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in.
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.

Dog Behavior & Liability
Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.
Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
