Excellent stay with everything you need!

A family getaway for a few days. Great place to stay with all kinds of entertainment from games to bear sightings on the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home

We spent a few days in Gatlinburg on our way home from vacation and this house was perfect. The indoor hot tub was a big hit with our kids. Gwen was very personable and warned us about the bears before our arrival and she wasn't wrong when she said the bears love the house. We saw several and one hung out sitting in the back flower bed for a good hour. The view was amazing and the drive up to the house wasnt diffult like some places we've stayed at. We would definitely rent this house again.

One of the best views of the city and mountains especially from the indoor hot tub. Lots of games for the kids to play. Updated kitchen with good layout. Bedrooms are a little dated but overall great deal.

Beautiful home, great views of Mt. LECONTE. The property manager was a wonderful handling a minor fire alarm issue. Pong and pool table entertained the young adults along with the super hot tub. Great place to stay

Great house in the Smokey mountains

Love the location of the house on top a mountain, at the same time very close to downtown Gatlinburg. The house had plenty of fun things for adults and kids. We will definitely try and come here again

We loved the location just a few minutes to the Gatlinburg strip! The house was perfect for our group and had amazing views!! Kids loved the variety of games and the hot tub room! Hostess was amazing even left us a welcoming gift and was in contact with us when there was a major alert in the area! The driveway was very easy to access not straight up hill like some nearby. Would highly recommend!!

Everything we needed

I was looking for a rental with a great location, a good amount of space for my family of five, and some activities for the kids and thats exactly what I got. It is not the fanciest or newest, but the space, proximity to gatlinburg and awesome view was totally worth it. We all loved the the hot tub room and my kids were thrilled with the air hockey table. We had a great stay

Cozy and peaceful home with a beautiful view

The home is very cozy and has all the amenities. The back deck is the place to hang out and enjoy the scenery; perfect for morning coffee and a good book. The home is close to many attractions. The drive up the mountain could be a little difficult if not prepared. Gwen was amazing and responded quickly with any concerns. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Wonderful Stay

Our family very much enjoyed staying at this chalets. The check in and check out were seamless and Gwen was so attentive to us by calling and making sure we knew she was available for us if needed. There were 6 adults and 2 children and plenty of room. The home was very clean and just how it appeared on the listing. It is very close and easy to get to downtown. The views from the porch were amazing no matter what time of day. We will definitely be booking this chalets again for our next family trip to Gatlinburg!

The house is in nice condition and clean. The view from the porch is beautiful. The hot tub is nice. Lots of bear sightings. We saw at least three a day in the backyard. Beware, they do like to come on the porch regardless if you are out there.

Amazing location, clean stay

The location for getting to Gatlinburg and hiking is fantastic if you still want something of a view, which they have. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was very helpful. It is a bit older so if you’re looking for something new and updated this may not be it. But it kept our family with 4 young adults and one child very busy with all the games. Our family had a nice time here.

Very spacious cabin with all the amenities ready for the stay. The game room was awesome and so nice for entire family....kids really loved the PacMan game machine! When advised to be alert for the bears they were not joking! Was a bit nervous to grill outside as we saw a few bears in yard daily.Also, driving up the mountain roads could be a little "scary" but I didn't do my research to see exactly where this cabin was. A great outdoor experience in the mountains for all of us.

The house is in good condition and it has a wonderful view to the mountains and Gatlinburg. The town was so busy in the 4th during our stay 4-6 of July and we wasted a lot of time in the traffic as we had to go through Gatlinburg to get in and out. We had one issue with parking; the listing stated "4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway" while only 2 can fit there by its width and the garage is locked and marked as "private" so we had to park the third car parallel to the street behind the two cars which was dangerous considering the sharp slope with this corner lot.Overall we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights and we had a good time around the area.

One of the best stays ever

Me and my husband traveled with our kids and the two grandkids to come to the Rod Run. If I could give the host more than I five star I would. She personally called me and let me know everything we needed to know about the rental. We ever talked after check- out. The house was in good condition and very clean. One of the only things I could complain about is in two of the bedrooms the bed was a little hard for what we are use to, but that is really not a complaint it is more of a personal preference. The views in this go-use is amazing. You could sit out in the hot tub and see the beautiful lights of Gatlinburg. I really loved that the hot tub was inside

Good location, nice kitchen!

Overall, the property was a good value for the price. The location was nice, check in was easy, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, and having a hot tub, pool table, and games were nice for our family. Having the Christmas tree already up and decorated was a special touch! The only issues we had were that the hot tub never got really hot, the chemical smell in the house was overwhelming (but once we took the three plug-ins out it really helped a lot), the person we were told to contact with any questions never answered my text, and we were quite disappointed that we never saw a bear since that was mentioned in many of the reviews (although I realize that is just luck of the draw, so I'm not holding that against anybody)! I just wanted to mention that you may not see a bear if that's one of your goals. Overall, I would recommend the chalet to others! chalet c to others! ttreviews!.
