"The property was clean great room they gave towels when needed also parking not good but they let us park in the front because big truck we checked out one day early because loud kids in room over us up all night running and making noise "

"Was very clean. Only thing that they needed was a small table or stand. We had to put our food on the bed and eat there. Was a very nice place to stay with a bubbling brook off the back balcony. Had a trolley stop right across the street to take us into downtown Gattlinburg so we didnt have to deal with the nightmare of driving there. Saw 2 black bears just running around. Would definitely stay here again."

"Although some things are dated the property was clean and very welcoming! Comfortable beds.. great water pressure.. hot breakfast! The only thing that could be updated is the towels! Other than that we will definitely stay here again! "
