"The facility needed a bit of maintenance and touch-up here and there, but overall everything was great. It did look like the hotel was being renovated in areas so giving more stars for effort. The best part was the convenient location to all the shopping and attractions around the area."

"Love the babbling brook so close to room - beautiful and relaxing sound! The staff was extremely accomodating and provided helpful information for our stay. We were close to the National park so a quick dtive each day and we were able to hike to several different falls with amazing scenery! Also clise to town with many activities. Would highly recommend this resort!"

"This will be my number one spot to come back to every time I come to Tennessee. The staff is great the stay was great, the restaurant is out of this world it is a little pricey but it is well well worth it the food is absolutely amazing, really you wouldn't even have to go outside the hotel if you didn't want to you could just relax and stay there all day without having to do anything. It was an amazing time thank you to all the folks down there you guys are amazing keep up the good work"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, immaculate rooms with nice style, beautiful resort pool area and an outstanding breakfast! The made to order omelettes were top notch, as well as a huge selection of various other breakfast foods. Really a great spread and something for everyone! The staff was so quick to take away plates and wipe down tables, we didn't have an issue finding seating either day we were there. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch as well! Definitely recommend. My only complaint would be that the beds were a bit more firm that we prefer, but that's a preference thing I think. We'll be back! "
