House Rules:

- Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)

- No parties or events

- Creek may be used for fishing or exploring, but it is not good for swimming

- Do not use the fireplaces inside



Pet-Related Rules:

- This property is near a creek and in a mountainous area where bears and other wildlife live. Please keep an eye on your pets when they are exploring the outdoors. Similarly, since we are in the wooded area, please ensure your furry ones are up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm meds.

- Please keep pets off the bed, pickup after them outside, and prevent them from 'marking' anything inside. If excessive hair or urine is found inside, we will contact you about any necessary fees.

- We require guests to disclose if they plan to bring a pet/pets, as we have a $100 per pet fee.

- We do not adjust fees or rules for emotional support animals.



NOTE: This listing is for the main floor of this cabin only, which sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child, age 12 and under. There is a second floor above you that is available to rent. If you only book the main floor using this listing, we will not rent out the upstairs during your stay; it will simply be blocked off during your stay.

The cabin is in a quiet area of the Smoky Mountains. While it embraces the feel of being in a remote, quiet cabin, you’ll be able to easily access city-life in Gatlinburg. This home is near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville, TN.



Some local favorites and nearby attractions include Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, The Island in Pigeon Forge, The Titanic Museum Attraction, The Hollywood Wax Museum, The Old Mill Restaurant, The Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ober Gatlinburg.



We also have several hiking trails, horseback riding, picnic and camping facilities, and more close by!



Getting Around:

Taxi services, Uber, Lyft are available. Downtown Gatlinburg offers trolley service. There is ample public parking available for driving around the area. We suggest having a car to get around town.
