About this property

Near Downtown Gburg, Theater, Views, Trailer Parking,Dogs OK!

  • Welcome to Headliner Hideaway, a luxury, all-genre music retreat overlooking Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.

This is not a novelty “music cabin” filled with random notes and signs. Headliner Hideaway is designed to feel like the private mountain home of a well-traveled musician who spent years touring, collaborating, collecting meaningful pieces, and gathering stories from the road. Now settled quietly above Gatlinburg, the artist has created a place to relax, reconnect, and fly under the radar.

Warm wood, rich color, luxurious textures, vintage-inspired music details, collected artwork, leather, velvet, brass, and bright accents give the cabin its distinctive personality. Every room has its own identity, while the home is connected by one story: this is where the headliner comes after the show.

With five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, one half bathroom, four king suites, a queen-over-queen bunk room, a private theater, an upstairs game and karaoke loft, two spacious decks, an outdoor hot tub, and room for up to 12 registered guests, Headliner Hideaway gives families and groups space to gather without sacrificing privacy.

The ramped, step-free main entrance leads directly to the living room, kitchen, dining space, deck, half bathroom, and a main-level king suite with a private full bathroom. The upper and lower levels require stairs, but the main floor is a convenient option for guests who prefer to minimize them.

Headliner Hideaway is approximately 1.3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, near a trolley stop, close to several walkable restaurants, and only a short drive from Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Pigeon Forge.

    STAY LIKE THE HEADLINER.

    A CABIN WITH A STORY

Headliner Hideaway is designed for guests who want more than a standard cabin between trips into town.

Its personality comes from an imagined resident: a musician who has played every kind of room, toured with artists across genres, collected pieces from cities around the world, and eventually chose Gatlinburg as the place to slow down. Records, instruments, framed memories, travel finds, bold color, and rich textiles tell that story without turning the home into a theme park.

Country, rock, soul, jazz, pop, blues, acoustic, and classic influences can all live here. The cabin is not built around one artist or genre. It is built around the universal feeling of music bringing people together.

    THE BACKSTAGE ARRIVAL

Your stay begins at The Backstage Arrival.

The cabin offers oversized parking for multiple standard vehicles, along with space intended to accommodate up to two car trailers with advance coordination. This makes Headliner Hideaway especially appealing for car-show weekends, Jeep trips, motorcycle groups, and guests traveling with additional equipment.

A ramp leads to the main entrance, allowing step-free access from the arrival area into the primary living level. Once inside, guests can reach The Grand Lounge, The Supper Club, the kitchen, main deck, half bathroom, and The Headliner Suite without using interior stairs.

Guests with specific mobility requirements should contact us before booking so we can confirm whether the layout and individual features meet their needs.

    THE GRAND LOUNGE

The Grand Lounge is the heart of the cabin and the place where the entire group can come together.

Settle into comfortable seating around the fireplace, stream a favorite show, catch the game, share drinks, or plan the next day in Gatlinburg. Warm wood and mountain character are balanced with rich textiles, leather, velvet, brass accents, collected music pieces, and brighter moments of color.

The room feels polished but comfortable—more like a private backstage lounge than a formal showroom. Large windows and nearby deck access connect it to the mountain setting, while the Smart TV and fireplace make it welcoming in every season.

    THE SUPPER CLUB

Meals become part of the experience in The Supper Club.

The open kitchen and dining area are designed for breakfast before a national-park adventure, afternoon snacks, celebratory dinners, late-night desserts, and long conversations around the table.

    The kitchen includes:

    • Full-size refrigerator
    • Stove and oven
    • Microwave
    • Dishwasher
    • Coffee maker
    • Toaster
    • Blender and kettle
    • Pots, pans, and bakeware
    • Dishes, bowls, glassware, and utensils
    • Serving and preparation essentials
    • Wine glasses
    • Barbecue utensils

The large dining area also works well for cards, board games, trip planning, and takeout nights when no one wants to cook.

    THE SONGWRITER’S DESK

A dedicated main-level workstation provides a quiet place to check email, attend a video call, plan the day, or capture a little inspiration.

Known as The Songwriter’s Desk, this workspace keeps remote work separate from the dining table while allowing the guest using it to remain connected to the group.

High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, although weather and regional service conditions can occasionally affect mountain connectivity.

THE HEADLINER SUITE — MAIN LEVEL

The Headliner Suite is the cabin’s premier main-level bedroom and a convenient choice for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

    This private suite includes:

    • King bed
    • En-suite full bathroom
    • Private jacuzzi tub
    • Smart TV
    • Main-level location
    • Convenient access to the living room, kitchen, dining area, and deck

Rich tones, layered bedding, luxurious textures, warm lighting, and collected music details give the room a polished VIP character.

Because the suite is on the ramp-accessible main floor, it can be helpful for multigenerational groups. The home should not be assumed to meet every formal accessibility standard, so guests with specific needs should review the property details with us before reserving.

THE ENCORE LOFT — UPPER-LEVEL GAME NOOK

Upstairs, The Encore Loft becomes the cabin’s interactive entertainment space.

This is where the group can challenge one another, hang out between outings, and enjoy an easy night at the cabin. The planned layout brings together:

    • Pool table
    • Arcade entertainment
    • Comfortable spectator and lounge seating
    • Board and card games
    • Music-inspired details
    • Access to The Spotlight Stage

The loft is designed for children, teens, and adults rather than as a children-only playroom. It offers a place for friendly competition and group entertainment while keeping The Grand Lounge available for guests who prefer a quieter setting.

THE SPOTLIGHT STAGE — PRIVATE KARAOKE

Every guest gets a chance to become the headliner on The Spotlight Stage.

The dedicated karaoke setup transforms one side of The Encore Loft into a private performance area with microphones, stage-inspired lighting, and room for the rest of the group to watch, cheer, and sing along.

Country, rock, pop, soul, jazz standards, show tunes, throwbacks, and guilty pleasures are all welcome. Karaoke night can be as polished or as wonderfully off-key as your group chooses.

The stage is intended for private guest enjoyment—not parties, amplified events, or outside visitors. Guests must observe quiet hours and keep volume respectful, especially in the evening.

THE HARMONY SUITE — UPPER LEVEL

The Harmony Suite offers a softer, more serene interpretation of the cabin’s music-inspired style.

    This private upper-level suite includes:

    • King bed
    • En-suite full bathroom
    • Smart TV
    • Clothing storage

Warm neutrals, olive and jewel-toned accents, velvet textures, understated artwork, and cozy lighting create a room that feels calm and balanced.

THE ACOUSTIC SUITE — UPPER LEVEL

The Acoustic Suite is warm, relaxed, and grounded in natural texture.

    This private suite includes:

    • King bed
    • En-suite full bathroom
    • Smart TV
    • Clothing storage

Wood, caramel, rust, woven textiles, leather accents, and subtle instrument-inspired details create an inviting mountain-room atmosphere.

THE SOUNDSTAGE CINEMA — LOWER LEVEL

The lower-level former game room becomes The Soundstage Cinema, a dedicated theater designed for full-group movie nights.

Instead of dividing one room between unrelated uses, the plan gives the theater its own identity and allows the upstairs loft to handle games and karaoke.

    The cinema is designed for:

    • Movies
    • Concert films
    • Sporting events
    • Family viewing
    • Rainy afternoons
    • Relaxed nights at the cabin

Settle into comfortable seating, dim the lights, prepare snacks, and enjoy a private screening without taking over The Grand Lounge. Guests should bring login information for their preferred streaming services.

THE RHYTHM SUITE — LOWER LEVEL

The Rhythm Suite brings a richer, moodier personality to the lower level.

    This private suite includes:

    • King bed
    • En-suite full bathroom
    • Private jacuzzi tub
    • Smart TV
    • Convenient access to the theater and lower deck

Deeper greens, burgundy, charcoal, rust, brass, and layered textures create an after-ho
