The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place community guest pass in the tray on the dining room table. Leave sheets on the beds - Leave used beds unmade. Turn A/C unit to 78 degrees in the summer / 65 degrees in the winter.
Turn the hot tub temperature down to 85 degrees if you haven't already. Put furniture back, including the pack 'n play.
Use bear-proof trash cages at top of driveway; DO NOT leave trash outside or on top of the bins. This will attract bears & other wildlife. Unplug Arcade Game Table in lower level.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on the property. Keep all vehicle doors locked to prevent bear access.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Do not hang towels, clothing, or swimsuits on outdoor railings.

Great location

This cabin location was great and close to down town Gatlinburg. We saw bears walking our driveway and in the woods around our house! Very neat experience!

Unit was very clean and suited to our family perfectly. The host was extremely nice and communicated promptly. The unit was close enough to town to Uber but far enough from town for privacy. We saw several bears at the cabin and one broke into a car at the next cabin so make sure to lock car doors. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Chalet

Well set up for families. We had 4 generations comfortably who all enjoyed the property. The hot tub was relaxing after long hikes and the kids loved the pool. The porches were great places to eat, play cards, and listen to a few evening rain storms. We used these outdoor living areas the most. The owner was wonderfully responsive and helpful when contacted. We saw bears several times, it was neat to see them up close! Lock your car doors, the bears will try to open them! Watching them was a highlight. We were easily able to visit local attractions from this location. Property instructions were readily available, helpful and easy to follow. Would eagerly stay again!
