A little slice of Heaven

We came down to check out the fall foilage and the views from this cabin did not disappoint! Everything was perfectly thought of in the cabin layout and decor inside! This was our 5th time visiting Cobbly Nob this year( 1st time staying at this cabin) and it is by far my favorite and we'll be back again! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to let others enjoy this little slice of Heaven!

Fantastic Stay!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday with 3 families, a total of 12. The layout was great, very modern and clean. Open floor plan as we cooked meals every night. The children enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed the hot tub after hiking for several hours. The only recommendation would be to add a treadmill and a basketball rim to allow for outdoor activities. We plan on coming back again as we really enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was fantastic to stay at. They included everything that you could possibly need and then some. The view was incredible and you didnt feel like it was just someone taking great pictures. There was room for everyone and we could have stay for another week,

Extraordinary Experience -- Superb Getaway!

What a break for an extended family of 12 -- ages from 9-74. All thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Convenient to Gatlinburg, yet a true mountain venue. Game room and nearby pool a true hit with the younger crowd. Kitchen facilities had everything you could need to provide daily support for the group. Top things to do for this group -- trail hiking, Clingman's Dome, Sugarland Visitors Center, shopping (small antique/unique shop on 321, approx. 3 miles toward Gatlinburg a real experience), breakfast at Cobbly Nob Market and Log Cabin Pancake House, and people watching in Gatlinburg (never boring). Best experience -- morning on mid deck of cabin, doe with smallest fawn we have ever seen slowly crosses behind the cabin. Worst experience -- trip to Cade's Cove, nice long drive, cove experience disappointing to say the least. Expected interaction with experienced park personnel -- not a one any of the stops -- just a slow (very slow) drive through boring country side with no visible animals. Heaven's Edge experience -- delightful, truly lived up to the name of the chalet. Will return for sure. Maybe we will at least see a bear next time.

Heaven's Edge is not on the edge of heaven, it's right in the center!

Gorgeous tree-covered mountains as far as the eye can see. A home that has received so much loving attention to detail that you'll want to stay forever. And an angel named Pam who will make sure your stay is literally paradise. My husband and I came all the way from Paris to spend two weeks at Heaven's Edge and are already planning our return. We simply cannot say enough about just how special it is.

Celebrating Easter in the Great Smoky Mountains

We stayed at Heaven’s Edge with our son, daughter-in-law, two grandkids and co-grandparents and had the best vacation ever. The layout of the house was perfect and we all had plenty of room. The view of the mountains were unbelievable. We even had a mama bear and cub resting and playing in the edge of the woods behind the cabin. We were within a short distance to the parkway and Dollywood. We absolutely loved doing the driving tour of Roaring Fork but just spending time around the fire pit and listening to the grandkids tell ghost stories in such a majestic place was such a blessing. We will treasure these memories forever. Thanks Heaven’s Edge!

Perfect mountain retreat

My sister and I had a fabulous few days staying at Heaven’s Edge. The house was charming, spacious and had everything we needed and more. The views were glorious. We slept like logs and were so relaxed the whole time. The beds, sofas, everything, were supremely comfortable. Pam ironed out any wrinkle before it appeared. This is a beautiful and well appointed home. Our Thanksgiving celebration was perfect. The home has everything you need to enjoy a Gatlinburg vacation. We definitely recommend this beautiful home. Heavens Edge is beautiful.

Quite a trip up the mountain to get to this home but totally worth it. Views are stunning! The home had a warm feel, it was nicely decorated with quality furnishings. The owner and property manager were responsive and kind. This place is perfect to unplug, relax & unwind.

This place had absolutely everything you could need -- towels, linens, blankets, pillows, shampoo, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. The view is absolutely stunning, the owner was just as nice as could be, really a sweetheart. Pam the manager was extremely prompt and checked in a couple of times over our 9 day stay to see how things were going, and if there was anything she could do. The place was immaculately clean; I just cannot say enough about how wonderful the cabin is. Will definitely be back -- was the best family vacation we've been on!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

You need to stay here! Plenty of room for 4 couples with 2 children (under 2). We loved the extra touches of love put into this cabin- it was so homey! The beds are amazingly comfortable!!!! It was perfect having the second living room downstairs for the adults to hang out and be loud while the kids slept on the main level and upstairs. All we had to do was bring our clothes and some food- the house was otherwise fully stocked. Owner reached out prior to our arrival to see if we had any questions, Maintenance/Cleaner reached out prior to arrival to let us know to expect snow and plan accordingly. We appreciated the communication. Veiw is incredible. This place is wonderful. If you're comparing this place with others, don't - this is your place!

The house is fantastic! Great layout with gorgeous mountain views. Our party of 8 was very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything and have lots of blankets, towels, dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc. We had a great time sitting on the deck every morning in rocking chairs enjoying the view. Negative was we weren't sure the bed sheets had been changed and ceiling fans and TV stands in bedrooms were dusty. Other negative was the distance from everything. It was quite a drive to the house or to get to anything and even longer with holiday traffic. If you don't mind being a little far out, this is the place for you.

Family Fall Getaway

We enjoyed taking our sons and wife/girlfriend to enjoy the fall colors and activities of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The cabin did not disappoint! As beautify and perfect as it was one of my favorite aspects of this rental was the kindness of the owners. We have rented a lot and never have we had an owner personally call us before the trip to see if we had questions about the cabin, it’s location, contents of cabin and even shared helpful hints of what to do and what could be skipped. We greatly appreciated their kindness!!

Every part of our stay was spectacular. The views were unmatched and the house was beautifully lit, open, and pristinely kept! We saw peaceful bears from the porch, sunsets over the smokies, and had big cookouts in the grill. There were many amazing local bbq spots within walking distance and my girlfriend and I took longs walks through the windy roads to watch the fireflies at night. A perfect place to spend a vacation
