  • The perfect cabin for your family getaway. It's quite possible the kids will never want to leave the cabin! Enjoy a private indoor heated pool, game room with arcade games, private theater room with reclining theater seating and an outdoor living area with hot tub and outdoor fireplace.

    As the kids play downstairs, the adults can relax in the great room and enjoy mountain views. Prepare in cabin meals from your open and upgraded kitchen and gather at the dining table with the entire group. Retire to one of two suites each with fireplace and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and a custom copper tub. The kids room includes a queen over queen bunk (sleeps 4) and a private bath. The bonus loft area includes a twin bunk.

    This cabin is located in the arts and crafts community and is just 8 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 15 Minutes to Dollywood, 5 Minutes to the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park and 15-20 minutes to the Sugarlands Park Entrance. A major grocery store is 5 minutes from the cabin.

    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. We spent a lot of time relaxing there with a fireplace, TV, and plenty of seating (as well as the hot tub, outdoor bar, and grill). The location is also lovely. Somewhat secluded but near a previously undiscovered (but us at least, who have made at least seven trips to the area) artist's community with some great homemade crafts! I recommend the cabin and Elk Springs Resort, as their staff was highly professional and prompt when contacted.

The home had every item for a nice staycation at the cabin, which was exactly what my husband and I wanted... Peace, Quiet and to be left alone to do absolutely Nothing! We will definitly be back to Rustic Ridge as soon as we are able. Please run, dont walk to rent one of their properties for your next retreat getaway. Awesome staff and service.

The owner of the cabin spared no expense with the high end finishes. The owner also sent us a small treat during our stay.Our kids loved the pool table and game room. Our whole family enjoyed the theater room every night. The outdoor living space was unlike anywhere else we have stayed. It was breathtaking! The Elk Springs maintenance team was also phenomenal. Sometimes things happen, but in our case, the maintenance team was prompt and able to fix the issue without any disruption to our vacation. We plan to return to this cabin again and again!

Our family enjoyed all the amenities that this cabin had to offer. The pool and hot tub were so refreshing and private. The game room and theater room kept us entertained all week. The spacious living area allowed us all to be together yet have our own space for privacy. We will be returning without a doubt. Elk Springs Resort was quick to answer any questions that we had. Check in was simple with no hassles. If you think the pictures of this cabin are beautiful online, just wait until you are actually there. It is simply breathtaking!

The cabin had everything we needed it was myself and my husband that stayed for Valentine’s getaway. My only complaint is the cabin definitely needs to be cleaned better. The counter tops was so dusty the kitchen table had sticky stuff left on it. The kitchen floor had a big visible sticky stain and the lady bugs had died all around the cabin and haven’t been swept up at all when we arrived, which I know the lady bugs are a known thing for the cabins because I’ve stayed at plenty. Even though I wasn’t pleased with the cleaning I still didn’t complain I wiped down what I could and my husband swept up the lady bugs. But don’t let the lack of attention to detail cleaning stop you from staying here it’s a beautiful cabin.

Lovely Cabin but lost an entire day due to LATE check in

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, cabin is gorgeous and great location, lovely amenities. We were not able to get in and unpack, however, until after 11 pm. So, we lost an entire day at the cabin, not able to make dinner or use the hot tub, or even unpack and relax. They credited us back only a small portion of a night’s stay, when I felt we should’ve been comped for that entire first day. Would not use this rental company again, unfortunately, even though the cabin itself really is stunning.

However, I'm very disappointed in the customer service here and the way they've handled a lost item of mine. I left a suitcase by mistake when we checked out and it has yet to be returned to me 3 weeks later. I've been in contact with them weekly and they make excuse after excuse of why it hasn't been returned. Bunch of thief's!!!

Great multi-family cabin

Our kids loved all of the downstairs activities, and the adults loved relaxing on the porch gliders. The proximity to the arts and crafts community was fantastic. The cabin was clean and well stocked with starter supplies. The resort staff was quick to answer the few questions that we had, and we even extended a day to keep our good times going. Our only criticism was with the plumbing. The main level drains were slow from the first use and would back up (main master sink and bunk room shower)which led to kids having to use the adult’s bathrooms and slowing down the daily routine. Additionally, the water throughout the cabin would get scalding hot with very little wiggle room in the mixing valves to get a comfortable temperature. This was not a huge problem for our crew, but it could be a concern for people with younger children.

The property owners nailed this one even more than the last one. Rustic Ridge has a great view, great location. Everything was great.Except, check in was over two hours late. They did give me a notice, but you are driving around with your vehicle loaded with stuff. And that just puts everything back hours. And then the dishwasher was broke the whole week. It’s not some fancy custom dishwasher. Just a regular dishwasher. Buy a new one, take this one out, get the part, it’s a spare.I would still stay here again, definitely our favorite out of the handful we’ve stayed in. Just please keep up on maintenance. Doors working properly, furniture not falling apart, etc. These small things can get bad real quick.It’s such a beautiful cabin, I just don’t want maintenance to get behind like some of the older cabins have. Then it becomes not worth the chunk of change people are spending to stay in a very nice cabin.

Second Time Staying had some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in Rustic Ridge. The cabin is still one of our favorites and we really enjoy spending time there. The kids love the pool and we love the outdoor seating area with fireplace. We did have to have maintenance over about 3 times too many. The projector in the movie room worked for the first night and not again. The movie room is a big part of why we rent this cabin for one of our vacation traditions. It was really disappointing when we couldn’t use it. The second thing, the dryer was not working and we were not notified of such until after I asked about it and my father had already done a load of laundry. Third, the internet connection was ridiculous. We would continuously show an excellent signal but not one of the TVs would connect and stay connected. This was never an issue last year. It was very upsetting we had to use the internet from the next cabin where my sister and her family were, with a poor signal to get internet in the bunk bed room. Only after maintenance came out and had to unplug all TVs and the modem did it work...on our LAST day. Overall we still enjoyed our stay. Just very disappointed to pay that much for a cabin and have things that are advertised not work. We have requested compensation for these issues.

Beautiful house- with unforeseen issues attached.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for us. The view, the size, the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg were great! However a couple hours before we arrived, I received a text letting me know there was a problem with the water pressure. Sure enough, water would barely come out of the sinks, showers barely worked, and doing laundry was impossible. Then the pool, one of the main reasons we rented this particular house, started losing water... significant amounts. It was below the filter to where the top stair going in was dry. Called their maintenance help line to let them know- and NO RESPONSE. None. We've been home for days now and they still have not reached out. I've been renting from elk springs for years and this is the first time things have been somewhat poor. Hopefully their lack of response didn't destroy the motor for the filter- but from a customer service standpoint, we pay a lot of money to have these things work. Things happen, things break- but probably a bad idea to surprise your guest with these things then make no attempt to fix them or communicate with you. Lastly, house was clean, but there was goldfish and chips protruding from underneath the chairs in the theatre room. Not the end of the world but noteworthy. Overall, if this house was in good repair- it would have been perfect.
