Our 3BR/4BA cabin (sleeps 8!) is just minutes from all the best attactions and entertainment of the area. Recently upgraded, our cabin awaits you with fully furnished rooms, a bubbling hot tub, pool table, and so much more! And, we have a HUGE backyard, which is perfect for the kiddos!

This cabin is ideal for multi-family gatherings and small groups alike and is perfect for any getaway - so pack your bags -- the mountains are calling!!

Our beautiful cabin is in the amazing Chalet Village located within a mile of Ober Gatlinburg and walking distance to one of the community pools! With easy access to downtown Gatlinburg, you are just minutes from all of the best activities, entertainment, hiking trails, and restaurants that the Smoky Mountain area has to offer. With our spacious home that offers 3 different levels of living space and modern amenities, relaxation begins the minute you drive up to the Modern Rustic!

This three-level home offers 2 large living spaces on separate floors, which is just perfect for gathering with your friends and family, but still allows you to spread out and relax! The location was great! We loved the family rooms and saw many bears. The house was clean. We couldn’t get the wifi to work, and the pull out couches were not ideal but we still made great family members.

The cabin

We loved the location. We got to see bears which is always nice. However when we went to lay down there were little bugs in the bed sheets. We ended up having to strip all the beds and wash the sheets and pillowcases ourselves.

Family summer vacation

The process of booking was so fast and always kept good communication! As we arrived evething was clean , rooms where spacios definitely a plus having a bathroom in each room ! Kitchen and living area were our favorite place to be we really enjoyed as a big family never felt crowded enjoyed every space in this home! The community pool was the favorite for the kids !!location of the home is 15min approximately to the downtown Gatlinburg ! On day 2 of our stay we saw a bear crossingtbe road !!! on day 3 on the pool area far across the street we saw some cubs climbing on tree! Great experience over all cant wait to book again!

Welcoming and spacious cabin

Overall, a very impressive home and location for the cost to stay. We had 7 people total that ranged in all ages. The home was spacious enough with several bathrooms (one on each level) and large bedrooms. The main living area is open concept and cozy. There's also a large deck that we enjoyed gathering on and a nice hot tub! We had a hiccup with the refrigerator in the basement. The owner was quick to respond and had someone come fix it right away. My only critique is that the grill was old and did'nt seem to work well. Also, the pool is not on the property, but is only a few minutes drive away. Very nice facility with not only a pool, but basketball, tennis, and several indoor games. The kids had a great time there.

Bad Communication

Personally messaged owner about room on main floor was informed there was one, on arrival there definitely was not. Meaning my father in law with dementia & mobility issues had to leave early. Response we got was he has “thousands of properties”. Air conditioning upstairs did not work we then received a message that it would be fixed until the day we were leaving. There was only 2 glasses in the cabinets to drink from with 11 guests staying, no frying pan. Glasses and fans were provided late in the night after complaining then again reminding the owner that we still hadn’t received glasses. All pull out couches were falling apart and beds were hard as rocks. The bottom refrigerator also did not work. After talking with his team the owner reimbursed $122…. Not even a nights worth of what we paid…. Beautiful home until You pay attention to detail, will not be revisiting.

The stay was great! The cabin was spacious and accommodating for our family. Our only recommendation is to replace the pool sticks. There were two there and both were broken at the tip, so it was hard to even play. Thanks for a great stay!

Challenging drive but nice location

Really enjoyed this cabin. Roomy enough for our family and no steep steps like some other rentals. There are stairs but they are normal like you would find in a regular house. If you hope you see bears….this is the spot. We had bears every day.

Bathrooms were described as a shower/bath combo. One bedroom had a garden tub with no shower. Ceiling fans in 3rd floor bedrooms were controlled by one remote. Either both had fan on or both were off. Very hot for the one who wanted the fan on, even though there were box fans available. Silverwear was limited.

Horrible !!

No TV no Wi-Fi for three days. I have a five year old son. I must need a TV no air conditioner one day the refrigerator barley worked. I didn’t get no refund for the three days I should’ve.’ and they said I would’ve got a refund.

Peaceful Mountain house

Was just as described! Large house with decks on each level and bathrooms in every bedroom. Enjoyed hanging out playing pool, in the hot tub, and just relaxing on the deck. Will definitely book again!

Top mountain view

The view was amazing, but it would have been nice to know what to expect for the drive up and down the mountain. We got in late in the dark which made it a little scary. Once we were there we all enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and hot tub/pool table. We ran into a slight issue with the holding tank backing up but it was addressed and resolved right away. Overall we had a great vacation and recommend this cabin if you don’t mind the drive up and down the mountain!

Nice modern rustic feel very open and never a dull moment. Dispite prior reviews the grill hottub and couches are nice. Birthday party of 6 was excellent. Cheers!

PERFECT LOCATION

.3 miles from Ober Gatlinburg, 1mile from downtown. Beautifully situated for privacy without isolation or difficulty in travel. House is mountain homey on the inside. Super comfortable all around and perfect for teens or couples wanting time away. Couldn't be happier with the location, or the hosts.

Ac was out and wasn’t told until 3 hours after I checked in and no way was going to be able to find something else. Fans in ceiling don’t work. Sinks in upper bedroom sinks won’t drain fast and sink leaks. Bedding was only a sheet and think spread, pillows are awful. No extra pillows, three in closet but they are filthy and if you got them out the junk in there would have fallen on you to include ironing board. Basement only has a small light not even Nooooo table, couldn’t hardly see to play pool. Hot tub leaks No address on the house Sofa in living room is so worn you can’t get out once you sit Just needs a lot of attention, very disappointed especially with the price I paid.
