A comfy place to stay with family that’s near many attractions and food options.

If you’re looking for a place for a small family vacation this is a nice one. We stayed here for 5 days with 6 adults and 4 kids. The property is close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. If you like to see bears this property is popular for them also. My only complaint would have to be that having the kids room on the same floor as the theater/pool table wasn’t very convenient.

Great Family Friendly Cabin

We loved our stay here! Location was great, quick access to downtown Gatlinburg and beautiful drive to Pigeon Forge. The cabin had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay with lots of entertainment for the kids!

Nice cabin, great location

The cabin was huge with a great layout for multiple families and kids, and with so much to keep everyone entertained. Property owner was quick to respond to messages and take action on any issues. We loved the location close to downtown Gatlinburg, the national park and Pigeon Forge. Definitely would recommend.

Wrestling Tournament with Friends

We wanted a cabin close to the Rocky Top Sports World and big enough for our 3 family group and this was absolutely perfect! The complex was literally down the road took 3 minutes! And plenty of room and beds for everyone! The kids had so much fun with the foosball and pool table and theater room. We will be back next year!!

Great location

Plenty of space for a family of 10. Not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Comfy beds. Not much in the kitchen if you are cooking. No salt,pepper,oil, etc. Not many large pans/ dishes for cooking. The issues we had were resolved fairly quickly during our stay. We did see a bear on the porch which was cool! Enjoyed the hot tub!

The property was super clean and a pleasure to stay at. There were only two of us, but there was room for a large family. I imagined it for a family trip or even a “guy’s weekend”. The bed was as comfy, parking was ample, and it was perfect for a getaway. Close enough to a grocery store and far enough away from people. There were a lot of options for things to do inside if the weather was bad or you just didn’t want to leave the house. The owner was quick to reply. Overall, an awesome place to stay!

Had everything beautiful well maintained cabin. kids didnt want to leave with all the games. My daughteers loved the hot tub. The men loved the movie theater. and I loved EVERTHING. Gorgeous CABIN

This property is excellent for group activities and still have own private bathroom and bedroom. Well equipped amenities with the exception of dishwashing soap, hangers, salt and pepper, caulk and bridge for pool table.. Enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room. Didn’t use hot tub or fire pit. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and traveling with multiple families.

Beautiful Cabin

We loved the cabin! It was beautiful and clean. It was spacious and fit our family of 9 very comfortably. It was a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We had a little issue with the air conditioner. We attempted all the suggestions but couldn’t quite get it to cooperate, however, the owner was very attentive and kept in contact about it.

Very Nice Stay!

Very comfortable stay. Nice quiet location at a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. Justin is a responsive and an attentive host. Would give 4.5 stars (but no way to do that on app here on the app, so have to resort to a 4 star rating) , as we had to work really hard over several hours to get the three common area TVs onto the WiFi network. Not expected in today’s times. If I were to nitpick, the kitchen condiments were mostly out and the exhaust of master bedroom did not work (as we brought to Justin’s attention). Doesn’t take much away from Justin & his team. Thank you!

Our first and BEST cabin experience

Wow, we were completely overwhelmed by the beauty of this property. There was adequate parking for both families and even visitors. The cabin was clean and had all amenities as described. Great property with lots of activities for kiddos, and also includes enough separate living areas so you can easily have privacy when needed. All appliances are modem and work better than the ones at my own house. Plenty of kitchenware and even a corkscrew for when you ended up purchasing a few cases of wine! Every question had an answer by the owner immediately and the service was absolutely impeccable. Location is great for easily accessing Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We cannot wait to book at this cabin again!

Amazing

This cabin is amazing! 3 floors and every single floor is exceptional. The kitchen floor is very clean and the kitchen is spacious. The living room is beautiful. The wifi password was easy to find on the refrigerator. The wifi works great and was fast with 11 people using it. However, in the basement the WiFi was a little slow but still great! All the beds were clean and looked brand new. All the mattresses are comfortable and not lumpy. Two chairs in the movie theater were a little uncomfortable, but as we never used the movie theater, it was fine. 😊. The only main complaint I have is the road to drive to the cabin. It could only fit one car and it was steep. It is about 17 minutes away from Gatlinburg and the Space needle. Overall, I recommend this beautiful cabin!

Beautiful family, friendly home/issues with response from the management company following concerns

The home is beautiful/perfect for families and friends. Layout is fabulous if you’re looking to spend time with friends & also have your privacy and individual bedrooms on different levels. Wish I could give this home a 5 star rating however with the lack of response from the owner and management company following a problem we encountered. I am unable to do that. This is something I have never encountered with Vrbo before. When we arrived to the home, the temperature was 51° inside. The thermostat was on 70 but there was no heat. A maintenance repair man was immediately sent out, after three hours it was determined that a part needed to be ordered and we would be without heat with temperatures down in the 40s every evening. I explained this would be unacceptable especially with small children on our trip. It was explained there were no other locations we could move to that evening. We agreed to stay and requested multiple space heaters. Several hours later someone showed up with two small office space heaters and I was told more would come the next day. No additional heaters EVER arrived, and it was not until the end of 2full days of our 4 day stay that I was offered to be refunded the remaining two nights of my trip if I wanted to move somewhere else. I understand needing to order a part was out of his control, I feel that 2 small office space heaters for a three-story house is unacceptable. At the end of our stay, we were refunded $111 total.spent more on heated blankets!
