Upper Level
Two king master suites offer a relaxing retreat for parents or couples, each with a private bath, soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and private deck access with beautiful mountain and downtown views.

Main Level
The open-concept living and kitchen area brings everyone together, whether you’re cooking, playing games, or relaxing by the fire. The fully stocked kitchen makes family meals easy, and the dining table seats 8 comfortably (high chair available). Prefer to eat out? Over 20 nearby restaurants are just minutes away.
Step outside to the deck for outdoor dining, or head down to the private swim spa—heated 24/7, 365 days a year. This level also includes two queen bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Extra Sleeping Options
Kids will love the bunk bed in the theater room, while the extra trundle bed provides flexible space for larger groups.

Downstairs Fun & Outdoor Time
The lower level is all about entertainment, featuring a huge game room and movie theater. Outside, enjoy evenings in the hot tub, friendly competitions on the putting green, or s’mores and stories around the fire pit.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property and all the amenities on this 0.3 acre lot. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles!

Since we are in Gatlinburg, you may encounter bears.

Hosts and owners are not liable for any accidents, injury or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

The 5th bedroom is being used as a theater room and has a triple bunk bed.

There is also a bed in the game room and a pullout upstairs as well.

The swim spa is 16’X8’. It is basically the size of a plunge pool but has jets and can be heated year round. Please do not allow children to use the swim spa without supervision. The deepest part of the swim spa is almost 5 feet.

We have monthly pest treatment. Please let us know if you find any pests and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

If you bring any pets please let me know. There is a $150 pet fee per booking. Maximum 2 pets
