WILDLIFE NOTICE

Bear sightings are common throughout the Smokies, particularly during spring and summer months. Guests occasionally spot bears wandering through the area - please observe from a safe distance.

GUEST INFORMATION & HELPFUL DETAILS

Occupancy

• The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults
• Children are welcome to share beds with parents at no additional charge
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests at any time

Pets

• We love animals, but this cabin is currently pet-free and pets are not permitted

Booking Requirements

• A simple rental agreement must be completed before arrival
• A photo ID may be requested for verification purposes

Check-In

• Self check-in for a seamless arrival experience
• No meet-up required
• Your personalized door code and arrival instructions are automatically sent the day before check-in
• Cabin details, local recommendations, and more will be sent the day before arrival once all booking requirements have been completed

Connectivity
• Cell service is available at the cabin
• Guests generally have no issues staying connected during their stay

Winter Travel
• The roads leading to the cabin are easily accessible compared to many mountain properties
• During winter weather events, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be helpful depending on conditions

Kitchen Supplies
• Basic cooking seasonings are provided

Check-In & Check-Out
• Standard check-in begins at 5:00 PM
• Early check-in may be available when scheduling permits
• Check-out instructions are simple and straightforward

Before Departure

We aim to keep checkout stress-free.

We simply ask guests to:
• Turn off appliances
• Start the dishwasher
• Lock the door when leaving

No need to:
• Strip beds
• Wash linens
• Wash towels
• Take out trash

Our cleaning team handles the rest so you can enjoy your final morning without extra chores.
