We were impressed with this beautiful home- everything you need for a cozy, wonderful stay! The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Hopefully we can come again!
Beautiful, serene home. Loved the openess and high ceilings. Beds slept very comfortably. Great communication from property owner. We enjoyed the scenic drive to get to the house.
We stayed at this cozy property over a long weekend and we chose the right place. Large open space with many windows, great view, and the comfiest couch!
Location was great, after entering a golf community you start up a winding but not hard road to the chalet. Scenery is beautiful roads are well maintained. Chalet is well stocked comfy furniture lots of throws to snuggle up in. Host is great keeping in touch with any issues or concerns.
A few days away with the family. Brand new house in lovely community. AMAZING view from all windows! And what could be better than a hot tub on the patio overlooking the mountains. Thank you for having us.
This house was perfect for our family of six and room left for a couple of extra people if we had needed it. It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The boys love the arcade game and everyone loved the hot tub. And the fact that we were allowed to bring our pup was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Perfect Family and Couples Getaway in the Mountains
We had an amazing stay at this home nestled in the mountains! Also wonderful views for the night sky and stars. The location was perfect for our family of two and our puppy. The house had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The most memorable part was the breathtaking view of the mountains—it was absolutely stunning! While the drive up the roads was a bit challenging, the spectacular views made it completely worth it. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with incredible mountain scenery!
Both couples are cooks, we came with tons of food to make together. The kitchen is nice, though linear so not easy with two people making rather complex meals. The house is nice, clean, well maintained. We received terrific instructions around getting there, check-in/check out procedures were easy and made perfect sense. The view is lovely! We knew wildlife was around us, however as we were departing on the final day we turned the corner just yards from the house and there was a large bear headed up the road towards us and shortly behind a cub. Marvelous to see them, though don’t be fooled they are definitely around. Such a lovely relaxing stay. Our time in the park was wonderful. Bear, moose, elk. Fall colors were so pretty. Our husbands used the adjacent golf course. Said the front nine was nice though flat, back nine mountainous and beautiful, was challenging and very enjoyable.A delightful experience all around.Definitely a nice place to stayWe came home on day to find the power was out. We contacted Jeff, he replied quickly, had good follow-up and the local power company corrected the issue quickly. House and water heated up nicely.
My best friend and I brought our girlfriends down for a relaxing weekend in the mountains. The property is located on a one way road on the side of the mountain with lots of privacy. My one and only complaint about the property was that the moment I opened the front door I was swarmed by ladybugs both dead and alive. The inside of the house had tons of dead ladybugs on the floor that we had to sweep up and clean. It detracted slightly from the wow factor we could have had when entering for the first time.
Despite this, we would love to come back again!
Cabin could use a few more kitchen cookware items. Tried to make tea one night and no pitchers, no oven casserole dishes. No fault of the home owner but the last .8 of a mile to the cabin was a very interesting drive. The cabin itself was fantastic.
The property had a beautiful view, plenty of natural light, and a great location. We really enjoyed the overall look and atmosphere. However, there were several details that could be improved. The hot tub filter wasn’t working properly, a planter on the outdoor table was broken, and the outdoor table and seating were very worn and wobbly. The downstairs bedroom had an odor, and the mattress protector showed stains. We also noticed construction debris along the side of the house and over the balcony. While these are all fixable issues, addressing them would make the stay feel much more polished and in line with the home’s setting.
Our stay here was wonderful! The home was very clean and accommodating for our family. The views were amazing and we saw bears every day! I will say that the drive up was nerve wracking but after you do it a couple of times you get used to it. The only complaint I have is that I wish the kitchen would have been stocked a little more, we had to do some improvising when it came to cooking dinner. It was lacking lids to pans, coffee cups and not even a salt & pepper shaker. But that wouldn’t deter me from staying again.Overall I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone that is looking for a relaxing escape from town with beautiful views!!
My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very clean and modern house. The bedrooms are very comfortable with bathrooms for each. The sectional couch is SUPER comfy with a TON of pillows and nice throws for a late night movie. The kitchen is great for any cooking. We actually canceled 2 reservations opting to stay in and enjoy the peaceful serenity of nature. We never even dreamed of seeing bears. Wow, were we wrong!!! I was surprised TWICE by a bear up on the deck! There was Bob, then mama Betty and baby Brian, so named by my sister. The owners have said they are having a framed door and hog wire installed on the deck to keep bears from coming up the steps.
You're home was beautiful. It was a bit scary driving to your home at night. Only downside was I wish we could of opened the windows. We didn't because there were no screens.

Surprised at cob webs everywhere even at the front door, and host said he just inspected it ! FILTHY rugs baseboards, deck and hot tub cover . Why did we pay 220 for cleaning fee. Conditions not acceptable. Also no great views. And we stay in Gatlinburg several times yearly. The road to get there is barely 1 lane. So oncoming traffic is a nightmare. Hesitate to go anywhere cause you have to deal with the road. Wouldn't take much to change this place to nice but it is obvious no love for this place . We take many vacations and this is the first negate review we have given
