Our host was available through text which I found convenient. The location was excellent, close to the center of downtown Gatlinburg, and fairly close to Pigeon Forge as well.
Cabin was nice and cozy, kids had an excellent time. We loved all the games! We even got to see some bears that seem to have a pathway by the property.
Beautiful cabin! Very clean! Cabin was easily accessible by paved roads (kind of steep at points but not one lane). Kids enjoyed the foosball table and games.
Our family really enjoyed the cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. Fairly easy to get in and out. Far enough away from the busy downtown area but close enough to get anywhere fairly quickly
Great location to feel away from it all but be minutes away from the heart of everything. A visiting black bear on the first day made the stay extra great.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was quiet and easy to access. After a long day of hiking in the national park, we enjoyed the hot tub.
We were surprised we were up so high but had great views of the valley and mountains around. The Den was roomy enough for us and was pretty well equipped in the kitchen. The walk in showers needs some attention to mold build up on the floor & lower walls.A great upper deck and enjoyed a couple meals out there and game time!People will enjoy this!
My family and I rented this cabin for a few days. When my family and I arrived to the cabin we were happy with the location. And how close it was to downtown Gatlinburg. We all loved the inside of the cabin and would recommend it to anyone who asks me.
The house was clean and nice. The description and pictures were accurate. I would stay at the property again if the last 4 minutes of the drive weren’t so scary.
The cabin is perfect for a couple's retreat small family pair of couples or what have you, absolutely love the view great little quiet area. The only thing I will say the pictures are deceiving when it comes to the driveway. Now with that being said yes be prepared for a steep incline other than that amazing place.
We had a wonderful stay! Amenities were as listed. Kids loved the archade and nintendo games in the evening. Hottub was perfect for evening relaxing. Great access to Great Smoky National Park.
Roaring Fork motor nature trail finishes just a few turns from the cabin. We were blessed with seeing 2 black bears right outside during our stay also! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We came down for much needed rest. The cabin was very clean and comfortable.
We saw a bear from the upper deck and 4 more while driving to town.
Gatlinburg is a very short car drive and the Park's entrance is not far at all.
Only suggestion we would give is to provide more blankets.
Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.
Property was modern and in a great location. The only negative was that there was not a grill that had a lid on it so the bears were climbing on it and eating the leftover spices that were left on the grates. I would hate for them to get sick from it since I made spicy chicken.
Place is very quiet with a nice view. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. One thing I wasn’t excited about was the bedroom shower doesn’t get very warm, and your already standing on stones. Brrr. Otherwise nice place.
We enjoyed our stay. We came back from downtown and couldn't drive up the driveway there was a big mommabear walking around the cabin, which we waited for a little while. She just visited all the cabins. One fault was the lack of closets and luggage holders. Also it use a bathroom on the main floor. It was nice to walk in and seea Christmas tree up. Could use alittle bigger parking areahard to turn around. Good view! The 321 location was wonderful.

Fun family trip
Overall, the trip was great. Checkout at 10 is not ideal, and when I inquired if we could have 1 extra hour to pack up, the person I spoke to was pretty snippy when they declined the request. The downstairs door had lots of difficulty unlocking and locking so we had to use the door upstairs. That wasn’t bad except unloading the bags up the stairs with all the snow. Overall, everything was as expected and the space had a great view and was a cozy place to snuggle at the end of the day. There were not a lot of extra blankets though which wasn’t pleasant with the cold weather.
My sister and I stayed at The Distiller’s Den for about a week just to get away and enjoy the quiet. We had a great time. We loved the cabin! It was clean and the decor was really nice. It was also comfortable. The check-in / out process was easy and we had no problems during our stay. We saw a bear and three cubs right outside our cabin the first morning we were there. The driveway and road getting to the cabin are rather steep, so just be aware. Parking wasn’t too difficult, but it was a challenge at first because we weren’t used to it. We would definitely stay here again. It was close to down and very quiet.
