The cabin can accommodate a total of 12 guests (each bedroom has a spectacular view of the Smoky Mountains) There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if needed.

Absolutely no Parties. This is a beautiful pristine neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors.

No smoking inside the house. If the cabin smells of smoke at check out. Fees will be charged for smoke remediation.

Pets must be crated when you leave the cabin. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub. Damage from pets will be charged back to the guest.
