About this property

Relax at the Firefly Retreat! Within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg!

  • This three bedroom house lies on a large lot that overlooks the Roaring Fork Creek and has a view of the Gatlinburg Sky Lift. The house is 0.9 miles from the Aquarium, which puts you very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. You are also only 3.7 miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you don't want to walk downtown, then there is a trolley stop a short distance from the house. The house is also located just 4 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World. As an added bonus there are no curvy, hilly roads to worry about because this house is right off of HWY 321.

    This house was built 2018, boasting three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite, and 32" TV. It also has a patio door that leads out to the front porch so that you can sit and listen to the peaceful creek. On the other side of living room are two identical bedrooms with queen beds and 32 " TVs. In between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept. The living room has a gas log fireplace, a 55" TV, and a Blu - Ray Player. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa that could bring the accommodation of the house up to 8. The Kitchen is fully furnished and also has a full size washer and dryer for your use. Outside of the house it a 24" x 16" JUMBO Park Style Charcoal Grill if you would like to cookout will here. All TVs are hooked up to Spectrum Cable and there is high speed internet for you to use included in your stay.

    The little things that make a big difference! The home is stocked with a starter supply of consumable items, including coffee filters, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. Less planning for you, more enjoying your vacation!

Very clean home with all amenities provided. Close to downtown and has back roads available around to other areas. Restaurant for Breakfast just across the street and Ice cream shop just around the corner from your stay. Great Hosts that are willing to help your stay be the best ever. Will definitely return.

Incredible peaceful setting within walking distance to everything. Home was well furnished with everything we needed and even had a few extras like a snack basket. Our party of 5 had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed their stay. This will be our new go-to place to stay in Gatlinburg when we return!

Our 3 generation stay was fantastic! The house was immaculate with not only everything we needed, accessory wise, to cook dinners and make lunches, but it also had little nuances that made it special, like doormat size rugs on the sides of the beds when you get out, so you don't slip on the hardwood floor. Nice touch for my old bones! Lol. Great location for Gatlinburg activities. We walked into town one of the days. Excellent value with exceptional features. We even saw a bear (up on the hill at another house) on our first night there. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gatlinburg.

Wonderful place, location is great. Just under a mile into Gatlinburg and on the free trolley route. We saw a black bear one night! Hosts are quick to respond to questions.

Friendly Location

Great place. Had everything we needed. Location, not “walkable” with a toddler but plenty of parking available downtown (20.00 to park) Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and had all the basic needs. Would stay again. 🤍

Adult family of five plus grand parents. Plenty of room for us. Clean, well stocked and well maintained Close to town and main road so we were near to everything we needed. No steep driveway to contend with. Very quiet. Washer and dryer came in handy as well. We would stay here again.

Home Away From Home

We have been going to Gatlinburg for years. Property is a short walk from downtown. After getting some groceries, we park the car and walk everywhere. Everything we needed was provided. Unit was very clean. Check-in was easy. We hope to return.
