We got what we paid for. Pool was dirty, floor by the elevator was sticky - someone had put a trash bag by the elevator which leaked and it wasn’t cleaned up. Bed was pretty comfortable to sleep on, however the mattress protector had stains on it. Staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was decent.

Property is older and needs some updating. I'm fine with asking for things that aren't in the room (everyone forgets things), but there were basic toiletries not provided. I had my own so didn't ask for them.
Also, no one had cleaned the balcony area for our room and there were soda cans and cigarette butts left on the balcony from a previous guest. This was a non-smoking room. The room itself seemed clean and was comfortable enough. Breakfast was pretty good and plentiful.

I booked through a third-party site and the site confused the days. We asked to move the reservation almost immediately after confirmation of the date to one day later. No change in the cost per the website we were literally going to pay the same amount regardless of whether it was Friday or Saturday. Have talked to two staff members at the hotel now one last night one today as well as multiple people Expedia. No resolution. We previously stayed here and enjoyed our stay and have referred multiple people to the hotel. That said we won’t be coming back. The hotel is outdated . They keep jacking up the price for the days. Definitely needs renovations. I never disclosed this in my previous day because we had such a good time and it was such an affordable stay. Now obviously I have issues with the hotel, so now I am giving all the details. We definitely will not be coming here and I will not be referring anyone here in the future.

Room was clean , but patio area had trash and a cup full of cigarette buts etc.. Bed slep good, but pillows are the smallest iv ever encountered. Fireplace didnt work. Reported it to front desk , but no one ever came to look at it. Lazy river only had 3 tubes. Could use updating. Was ok but not what i expected.

The refrigerator in the room stopped cooling, we let them know and they never fixed it...so all of the food items in refrigerator were no good and we could not use it the remainder of the trip...that was frustrating...otherwise was ok...

The amenities on the property was great and convenient for my 6 yr old niece to have a great time without leaving the hotel. The staff was great and friendly. One step check in and just turn in the keys to check out.

When i arrived to my room there was dirty water left in the hot tub in my room. Then when i brought it to front desk attention, he gave me a different room. When i went to that room the kwy wouldnt work so the front desk guy came and unlocked it and when he stepped in he was shocked because there were 5 wet bath towels laying across the floor. So he asked for us to wait in the lobby and he would clean the original room. We had to wait in the lobby for close to 1 h 15min before we even got to our room. So the whole process took about 2 hours before we got in our room. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anybody. And the rooms were disgusting. There were mold in the seals of all the faucets. There were cockroaches. And on top of that our fireplace didnt even work.

The hotel was in walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, stores and attractions. The free breakfast was amazing. The hotel had an indoor hot tub, lazy river and pool. It had amazing beds and a fantastic shower. The hotel also offered $0 delivery fees for customers for Grub Hub Delivery. It averaged $70 a night. There were vending machines and ice machines on every floor. There was also a trolley that could take you to stores, etc if you didn't want to walk.

Rooms was remodeled very nice and clean. Harem and staff very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast Yummy. 2 indoor heated pool's and BIG hot tub Awesome. Our room was a good price. 5 minute walk to Ole Red restaurant and bar.
We will definitely stay Sllep Unn Gatlinburg again.
