So many bedrooms! Gatlinburg's best group cabin! Fire pit / hot tub / game room!

Spacious 12 bedroom cabin, tucked among the trees feels secluded, yet downtown Gatlinburg is only 1 mile away! Located in the heart of bear country & sits along a crystal clear stream. Sleeps up to 40 guests.

Plenty of space to spread out with home theater room, game room, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, creek & raised salt water spa pool (seasonally heated). Roomy kitchen stocked w/cookware & dinnerware to feed a crowd.

Cabin is great for getting Rest & Relaxation and is close to all the attractions!

BUNKS
Our bunkbeds are Queen over Queen - so'll you'll have plenty of space to spread out, even if you're sharing a bed.

WASHER/DRYER
We have 2 washer/dryer sets, one on each level of the house. Please bring your own detergent.

PARKING
We can park 8 vehicles comfortably, but we've had one guest who was very strategic and was able to park 11 cars.

Additional parking is available at the Chalet Village Owner's Club. Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of that and we'll make arrangements before your visit.

Other things to note
Chalet Village resort pools, Our Summer guests will have access to the Chalet Village Owner’s Club. Located just a few minutes from the cabin, the clubhouse offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games.

Best time ever

We booked this cabin last minute because our previous reservation was canceled because of inspection issues. That was the best thing that could have happened to us because this cabin was so much better. Plenty of room and management was amazing. The bears were a plus lol. Thank you so much for renting your cabin out to my group. This was the best cabin I have ever rented and I will definitely rent again in the future.

Family Reunion

The host is incredibly fast in replying to all my questions from the time of booking to the very last day. The cabin accommodated everything we needed to house 12 Families for our Annual Family Reunion! The bears are “wildly domesticated” beware if your grilling they will come by and get so close because they are not afraid. Keep your vehicles locked, they will enter but only left paw prints inside our RV and a couple of vehicles that were parked in the driveway.We all had fun and made many memories during our stay for our 2025 Family Reunion!

Happy New Year Family Reunion

We had an incredible New Year’s celebration at this lodge, accommodating our group spanning ages from 3 weeks old to 90 years old! The 12 bedrooms were perfect for our large family; every room was used and provided a comfortable, restful stay. The lodge itself is thoughtfully equipped with fantastic amenities: a relaxing hot tub, a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, and a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a welcoming touch—a delicious cake and bottle of wine, along with a kind note from the owners. Throughout our stay, they checked in a couple of times to ensure everything was going well, which we truly appreciated. We loved the nearby hiking trails, offering beautiful scenery and a chance to enjoy the great outdoors. For lighter afternoons, the local attractions provided plenty of fun for all ages. This lodge is a gem, combining comfort, convenience, and a personal touch. We highly recommend it for any large family gathering or special event!

Feeling unhappy with my family vacation.

I will start on a positive note which would be that we did not see any bugs with the exception of a couple of spiders (hard to keep these out of a cabin). The cabin was not as clean as it should be as feet and socks were black after walking on the floors. We had a large party so the intent was to use the entire cabin. However, the side above the game room that sleeps 16 with two full baths was so cold that guest were forced to make cots on the floor on the one side of the cabin and share fewer bathrooms. In addition, the hot tub jets barely work and the hot tub had the appearance of a pond. Before the trip we contacted the owner “Chip” and asked if there was a Christmas tree. Chip said there was one but not true. i spoke to him during the stay and he said someone was supposed to put it up but did not. Chip sent an HVAC person to look at the heat but the tech found no trouble with it. The problem is that the thermostat is on the top floor on the opposite side of the cabin. A split is needed before it will ever heat. Chip promised to speak with me about our troubles but failed to call me as promised. One bathroom shower on the warm side did not work. No responsibility was taken by Chip. They sent a video of the shower working (obviously after repaired) and pretty much called us all idiots. The location is very close to Gatlinburg but no good view and the outside of the cabin is not attractive or clean. We would not recommend.

Had a great time with our 4-H club and their families. Perfect for lots of families and kids! We especially enjoyed the Bear family visits! LOL! Seriously, this was an amazing experience for our group. The owners were super nice and very helpful! Would recommend this getaway to everyone!

Best place to get away to connect with family

Everything was perfect! Spacious common areas, cozy rooms, beautiful views. Pool table and arcade games were the teens favorite! Plenty of showers, tvs, and the best stocked kitchen!

Illidge family cabin trip

It was great accept the house keeper was supposed to bring a mop and a dustpan and never did so it made it hard for us to properly clean the way we wanted to.

We had a great stay at this property! While some of the games in the cabin are starting to show their age, they all worked perfectly fine—just in need of a little TLC. Any small issues we encountered were minor and didn't impact our stay. For the more significant concerns, the owner was incredibly responsive and quickly helped us resolve them, which we really appreciated.The location is fantastic—just a short drive to downtown and situated on well-maintained roads. We stayed during the winter storm in January, and the owner was proactive in giving us helpful tips on how to safely reach the cabin. Thanks to their guidance, we had no trouble making it to the property, even in snowy conditions. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy getaway near downtown!

Just like it says, so many rooms. Plenty of places to sleep after a big day. Great fire pit area, game room, and big kitchen for cooking for everyone.... plenty of parking and got to see momma and her cubs walk by.

LOVED THIS CABIN !!!

Just an amazing setting! Our family of 22 persons had a mini reunion-vacation here Aug. 21-25th We really liked the convenience of the closeness into town, the large amount of space, the game room for the teens and the outdoor spa! The housekeeping team of Lisa and James were quick to respond to a technical issue with one of our TV's and told us lots of good info about the area. Everyone made great memories and plans to come back very soon! Highly Recommend this Cabin

Great for large crowds

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room and the kitchen are not overly large. The living room especially. The kitchen could use an upgrade in some things. The were no hotpads/oven mits, and there should be a few more dish towels and dish cloths. Also there should be some real utensils, plastic ones don't cut it. (: But overall it was a great place to stay. Our family enjoyed it. The kids loved the game room and we made some great memories! One afternoon we had a bear come right up to the back porch. The kids were all excited! There should also be more trash bags available to refill once the ones that are there upon arrival are full. The photos make it look a lot bigger than the real thing is. Thank you for everything! We enjoyed our stay!

Family Trip

Very nice property close to everything in Gatlinburg. Directions are easy to follow, and very clean with lots of space. Owners are easy to communicate with through the entire process. We didn't use the pools so no idea about them but the hot tub was nice. Overall a really nice location and cabin.
