!!ATTENTION!! Here is important information to enhance your stay.

Prepare for a luxurious woodland adventure where you might encounter adorable critters, and remember that you are surrounded by woods, so encountering harmless bugs is inevitable.

Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged.

Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.

Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.

Although we love our furry friends, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

An outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.

Amazing Smoky Mountain Getaway

Can’t say enough good things about our experience this past week. The pics in this ad are amazing, and I can promise that the place is even better in person. The house was immaculate. Everything was so clean. Beds are comfy. All the utensils you should need are provided. Little bit of a drive up a mountain road to get to the house, but that’s part of what makes this place what it is. Tucked away in a quiet lot of its own. But not so far away that you can’t go do something every day. Stayed with a family of 7. Everyone had own bedrooms, and private bathrooms. The views are amazing. The check in process is easy. And on top of it all, the communication with host was second to none. Anytime I had a question, there was almost an immediate response. Thank you for everything this week! Can’t wait to come back
