The views from the deck, fire pit and hot tub is absolutely the best! We have a large family and only wish the living room area had more seating. We had plenty of seating in the dining area.

We even had a bear experience with one coming right up to the door one evening (which was quite the scare when you’re not expecting it) and then trying to open one of our car doors!

Great Spot for a family reunion!

Great location, large home in quiet area. Gatlinburg just a short drive, very easy to get to Pigeon Forge. Love that every room had their own bathroom! Awesome for 12 adults:). Some of features could use some maintenance, the skirting and covers for pool/spa have seen better days and the stream was not operating. Didn’t stop us from enjoying the place. If you like bears, plenty to see and never a threat. Very nice place!

Perfect location, lots of space!!

We had a large family gathering the week of Thanksgiving and this was a great option that we would recommend! Pros: Perfect location just a mile from downtown Gatlinburg. Management company was just a text away, very responsive, easy to work with. House was spacious, clean, had all of the essentials. Great views and outdoor space!! They provided starter items of paper towels, dishwasher pod and bathroom items. Cons: Tiny things could have made this property amazing - Adding hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels Laundry baskets in the closets The main living area is small if you have a large group No seating downstairs in the game room other than the bunk bed The arcade games were fun but we couldn't get the Golden Tee to work Tips - bring your own cleaning supplies to wipe down surfaces; we found the dining tables to be constantly sticky. Bring extra towels Bring your own games / cards / puzzles, speaker for music

Fall Break to Remember!

We didn’t even leave the cabin for a whole day because there was so much to keep the kids occupied they didn’t want to go anywhere else. The home offers very spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The theatre and game room was amazing for all of our kids, they expect it every vacation from now on. The house was very easily accessible and was in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I have sent this house to several friends and we absolutely plan to return in the future!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay at this cabin and with the Rental Group- Bear Tracts. We are a family of 5 with 3 children 16,13,11 and they were busy the entire time with the awesome swim spa, jacuzzi, video games, theater and pool table! We had a blast playing and staying together. The views from the living room porch are beautiful especially at night to see all the lights in town. Beds were comfortable, linens were very nice and we had lots of complimentary soaps ,shampoo, and conditioner. The Firepit out back is amazing , we loved it so much were putting in one at our house :) The ease of cutting on it as a well as the gas logs was a cinch. The location of these cabin units is great, your out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but only a few minutes back to town and grocery store a quick 7 mins away.We had a few issues with the maintenance of the house, coffee maker carafe missing and pool and jacuzzi not heating properly. Both items were gladly taken care of quickly. With the stay we also received some free activities or coupons/vouchers, this was a nice touch. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gatlinburg Overlook cabin was amazing! My family (6 adults, 5 children) stayed in January and we had the best vacation. We were a little concerned about the location since snow was expected but we had no problems driving to and from the cabin with snow on the ground. The game room was the best and kept the kids occupied. Game room is on the bottom floor and it didn't heat up as well as the rest of the house but none of them complained because they were so busy will all of the games. Did find a space heater in the closet on the day we checked out that we could have used. Got to enjoy popcorn and a movie in the theatre room with all of my grandkids. The cabin was super clean when we arrived and the property was well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of non stick pots and pans. Loved having the 2 dining tables so we could all sit together and eat. We did walk around the neighborhood and to the GreenBriar Restaurant, letting the kids play in the snow. It was honestly a great cabin and we do plan on going back!

Clean, cozy, comfortable!

Really beautiful property, everything was clean, cozy and comfortable for us all. Beautiful views and the water feature by the back patio is a great plus. The best was when the bear came by to say hello!
