Imagine a peaceful stay in a totally updated historic victorian era (built 1900) farmhouse located in a beautiful picturesque valley. Only minutes away from Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Family attractions of Gatlinburg and Dollywood. Home has 3 bedrooms with king and queen beds , two baths , with extra sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen, three fireplaces. Located in the shade of two gigantic white oak trees, home features wrap around porch and private second floor balcony overlooking mountain stream. Hiking trails nearby, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen and convenience of central heat and air. Private setting, no other homes in view. Available daily or weekly.
NOTE: This home is in a quiet country setting and permanent residents live somewhat nearby. As such, motorcycles with straight pipes and dirt bikes are not allowed. Guests are asked to be mindful of a quiet peaceful setting. If you like noise, this property is not for you. And, please obey speed limits on Martin valley Road.

Lou & Carla’s place is a fabulous place for a respite. The old farmhouse is very cozy and beautifully restored. Would recommend this place for anyone to stay in and we will definitely be back again.

The property was amazing and very peaceful, our host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for the trip, I would love to come back and spend some more peaceful nights in the farmhouse. We loved the home from our first sight when we rounded the corner and drove in the driveway. The weather was perfect. We went on excursions each day, but the best part always was coming home and relaxing on the porch with a book and cocktail The cows and wild turkeys kept us entertained.
