"Clean room and hotel , staff friendly and helpful . Breakfast adequate , no real option for gluten free tho. Next time I would request a room overlooking the Island as Road can be noisy . "

"It was ok..it was not disclosed that the outdoor part was not open yet when I booked and the indoor part was ok but the pool could have been cleaner Activities for the kids in the activity area were not up to what was adverisedbut were ok. All in all it worked out ok but for price was expecting a little more"

"Pool areas are fantastic. Food is average. Breakfast was average, however, bacon and sausage were very greasy. Potatoes were dry. Would do better going out for breakfast"

"I did not know about having to pay about parking in the hotel parking lot. I will never be back and will let everyone know about this and I was told they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle after you pay them for parking. Greed will get you no where. Just remember when you are gone you can not take it with you. Greed is a sin."

"This hotel is a hidden gym in my humble opinion. It would fall under the category of outdated for some, but that just added to the charm for me. I will start with my only negative critique, the parking was absolutely atrocious. It was ample, but tight. But once we got parked and made our way in we were greeted by the most delightful clerk, I only wish I could remember her name. Very friendly and she had a mini Jesus on her computer which prompted a great convo and I went to my car and provided her with one of every color. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The ac worked great! The view was wonderful. Literally everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was standard but filling. The wonderful lady attending to breakfast was an absolute delight. All of the wonderful women working here were absolutely delightful. Real mountain charm! They made my anniversary trip special just by being friendly. I wish I could give them all 10 star ratings. In a world where customer service is falling to the wayside these charming ladies more than made up for it. They, more than anything else, set the tone for a wonderful hotel and getaway!"
