"Everything was great! The host was nice to work with - especially considering we were coming the day of a winter storm. She was easy to get in touch with, stayed in open communication and was very accommodating considering the conditions. Overall the house was very nice too! The bed was SO comfy, and the wood burning fireplace was perfect! "

"We have stayed in this cabin so many times that it feels like home. On this particular stay, we were under a winter storm warning and ice was predicted with potential power outages. Rob brought us extra firewood along with another blanket and salt for the steps. We did have some ice, not as bad as anticipated, but enough to keep us off the roads for a couple of days. Dawn checked on us during our stay to see how we were fairing after the storm. Luckily, we never lost power and all was well. We had been a little apprehensive about the weather, not knowing what to expect, but our hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had and their attentiveness really helped to ease our concerns about the weather. Over the years, we have really come to love this cabin and definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to visit the Smokies but stay away from the noise and crowds that come with staying in Gatinburg or Pigeon Forge. We also noticed there had been a few updates to the cabin since our last stay. All good, except we sure did miss the clock that used to hang on the wall over the stove. Could we get that back? Lol."

"Host was very welcoming. There when family arrived and did a little tour, explaining everything.Lots of kitchen gadgets and cookware, which was nice, as a lot of rentals are lacking in this area. Beautiful area/neighborhood. Nice cabin on a cul-de-sac. One thing that I didn’t like was that there was food in fridge that belonged to host, which made it challenging when checking out to remember what needed to go with us and what to stay. Overall, great place to rent."

"The quiet, seclusion while still close to town was awesome! The place is beautiful, and the hosts are so hospitable! I would definitely recommend to anyone! Head to Cade's Cove for a scenic ride. The Foothill's Parkway is a stone's throw away! "

"The cabin was cozy, definitely small, but met our needs for a brief stay. It was good for small dogs, but probably not large ones. It was very clean and well stocked. There were games and snacks provided, which was a nice touch. Bed was very comfy! The only suggestion I would have is to add a lamp, so that the overhead lights didn't have to be on all the time. Bed was very comfy!"
