"The stay was great. Only stayed 2 nights. The room was a nice size and the closet was awesome to be able to actually put our suitcases out of sight. It was very clean . Staff was very friendly. It was a little older looking than i expected. I thought the picture showed hard wood floors but it was still a nice stay"

"Our #1 choice when we go to Gatlinburg. Everyone is always friendly and the room is always clean. It’s close to Gatlinburg but far enough away that it’s quiet and the trolley stops right at the front door. "

"The hotel lobby area was beautiful! The staff was super and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The lady working breakfast was especially nice. The room appears to have been somewhat updated. Only negative was the bed and bedding seemed like they needed to be replaced or updated. Would stay again! "
