Did not like that the Refrigerator was being used for a mini bar. Did not like that we had to pay for parking. Did not like that we had to ask for ice. Bed was rock hard. Breakfast was great however the available coffee sucked. We were not aware that we could ask for cappuccino or fresh brewed coffee.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do this excellent resort any justice. The tranquil beautiful setting is truly one of a kind. The pool, spa amenities, restaurants and the wine/olive oil are incredible. Truly a destination that deserves all the accolades.

"The hotel location is beautiful, however, two major drawbacks that prevented a higher score: 1. The Queened in room #5 has a cheap mattress that caused back pain - the bed itself is a cheap bed 2. The breakfast is very dull and not as expected from a high rated hotel."
